A small corporation is comprised of four business entities, to include Kappatal Cuts Barber Shops of Hampton Roads , KCM School of Applied Barber Science, KCM Construction Co. and KCM Property Management operates a barber chain located throughout every city in Southside Hampton Roads with the exception of Suffolk. KCM School of Applied Barber Science is located on the Southside of Hampton Roads. KCM Construction Company is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Commerce, Board of Contractors. KCM Property Management handles acquisitions on behalf of its Parent company... The organization was formed in 1985 under the business name of Kappatal Cuts Barbershop. Our Company expanded from one barbershop to four between 1985 and 1988. In 1989, KCM School of Applied Science was started so that young men and women could be adequately trained in the field of barbering.
