Our CEO/President, Karen Mildenhall developed the KM Leadership Solutions mission as she served in her corporate career. Her in-depth experience transforming businesses, leading boards, and executing successful mergers and acquisitions integrations gives her unique insights and solutions. Today, she helps businesses leaders reach their goals applying a combination of science and the art of leadership and coaching as she works with clients that are ready to chane. Karen delivers world-class consulting services to a variety of domestic and global clientele. Her experience with industry-leading clients gives her a unique perspective on leadership, strategy, team dynamics, and how to create extraordinary results. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President/Resident Managing Director at Aon. Karen completed all requirements and was awarded the following designation: IM&A 2022. Karen has over 18 years of board experience and more than 15 years consulting private, public, and not-for-profit boards. She is a transformational leader with multinational experience and a record of collaboratively creating strategies with high performance leaders, teams, and organizations. Karen is a 27-year veteran of executive leadership in financial services with Fortune 500 companies. Tagged as a high-potential leader, she took on her first corporate leadership role in her 20s. Karen quickly proved what change leaders could do with apparently hopeless situations. Building high-performance boards and teams while delivering rapid, sustained turnaround results became her professional brand. She led more than a dozen turnarounds of underperforming operations, products, and teams.
