Charles Feinsot

Charles Feinsot graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York in 2014. His experience ranges from single-owner start-ups to established multiple employee organizations. Charles enjoys weightlifting and physical fitness activities when not working with clients.

Kent (Kenny) Lou

Kenny received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting & Information Systems from Pace University in 1996 and a JD Degree from LaSalle University in 1999. Kenny has over 30 years of experience as a manager in the tax preparation, legal and financial services areas proactively helping clients plan and strategize in a multi-role environment. Kenny is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and brings this additional capability for helping both overseas and domestic clients navigate the complex United States business environment. He is the firm's client services manager. In his spare time, he helps raise his two young children which keeps him very busy.

Mark Feinsot is the founder of the firm and specializes in tax and business consulting services for Real Estate, Retail and Service Industries. Mark is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree in physics from the City College of New York, an MA in physics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an MS Degree in Accounting from Pace University. He has been a CPA for over 20 years. Mark is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Tax Coach (CTC) and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Prior to starting his accounting firm, Mark worked as a research physicist and then as a commercial pilot, becoming chief pilot for a general aviation company at Teterboro Airport, New Jersey. His background in these two areas lets him bring both technical and management experience along with accounting expertise allowing him to be pro-active in both accounting and business consulting roles. To support the needs of our clients, Mark has also been certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for Personal Financial Planning (PFP), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). In his spare time, Mark is the trustee of a private philanthropic foundation, authorizing distributions to various charitable organizations. He also enjoys aviation-related activities and photography.
