Edward Wells has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for over twenty years helping individuals and small business owners achieve their financial goals.
Edward's strong Information Technology background gives him an advantage in today's technology-driven world. His diverse professional experience enables him to assist clients with a variety of tax issues, including the ability to help them maximize the benefits of information generated by their data processing systems.
Edward is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Society's Westchester Chapter.

Frank, the firm's managing partner, is responsible for the delivery of all services to our very diverse group of clients. Frank has nearly 50 years of experience in accounting, audit, tax planning and compliance and business and management consulting.
Frank's experience with clients ranging from "mom and pop" startups to international conglomerates gives him a unique perspective that provides him with the ability to look at issues from multiple viewpoints.
Frank began his career in 1970 with a regional firm in New York City and then spent 9 years with the international firms, leaving Touché Ross as a senior audit manager in 1983. Frank spent 6 years as a partner at Bennett, Kielson & Company and in 1989 founded Pellegrino & Sherwin, LLP which he co-managed until 2013 when he founded Pellegrino & Company.
Frank received his BBA in accounting from the Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a past president of its Westchester Chapter.
Active in numerous programs impacting the youth of his community Frank brought to Westchester the Society's "Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession" ("COAP") program which was designed to introduce minority high school students to the accounting profession. His continued involvement in this program was recognized by the Westchester Business Journal by naming him the "Most Community Oriented" CPA in Westchester County in 2014.
Joseph is a licensed New York State, Illinois, Canadian CPA, CA responsible for handling corporate audits, high net worth individuals as well as resident and non-resident corporations and individuals.
Joseph is responsible for relationship development and service coordination for corporate and high net worth individuals.
