Mr Marttin joined the Board on 26 November 2010. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Mr Marttin joined the Managing Board of Rabobank in July 2009. His main areas of focus are Rabobank's Wholesale and Rural banking activities, Leasing (De Lage Landen), Global F&A, Rabo Research and Rabo Carbon Bank.
Mr Marttin's Rabobank related directorships include Rabobank New Zealand Limited, Rabobank International Holding B.V. and the Rabobank North America Board. He is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of De Lage Landen International B.V. and the Shareholders Council of Rabo Partnerships.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Law (University Medalist for law) degree from the University of NSW and has a Master of Law from Harvard University.
