Daniel Travers holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photo New Media from the prestigious Kansas City Art Institute, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Communications from St. Louis Community College. His journey into the world of art commenced at a young age, receiving formal instruction at the Nelson Atkins Art Museum from the age of seven. His artistic inclinations have been a lifelong passion.
During his teenage years, Daniel's artistic interests gravitated toward urban art, portraiture, and drawing cartoon characters. It was during this formative period that he embarked on an independent art study, which would significantly shape his future. Seeking guidance on his career path, he turned to Ms. Taylor, his art instructor at the time, who recommended the field of graphic design. It is this pivotal moment that ultimately led him to his current profession, forging a path driven by artistic passion and a commitment to excellence.
Daniel arrived in sunny San Diego two decades ago and spent an impressive 14 consecutive years as a full-time member of the iHeartMedia digital team. His journey with the company was marked by unwavering dedication and innovative digital contributions to the broadcasting industry. He continues to maintain a close relationship with iHeartMedia, contracting with the company while also lending his expertise to various other clients.
