James has over 10 years of experience with intellectual property law and litigation. He is a lawyer in BC, a Canadian trademark agent, and recognized before the United States Patent and Trademark Agent for trademark matters. James has represented clients before the BC Supreme Court, Provincial Court, Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, as well as tribunals including the Employee Standard Tribunal and Trademark Opposition Board. While happy litigating matters James looks to resolve clients disputes the most effective way possible. This has resulted in numerous settlements, license agreements, and resolving matters through mediation and arbitration.
