Bill Miller, M.A., Founding member, is a writer, activist, and entrepreneur with a background in both clinical psychology (M.A. Fuller Graduate School) and I.T. He's produced several software products, a patent, and authored a book: How I Survived Divorce - In 45 Days.. Bill develops content and programs for Sustainovation and other non-profit organizations exploring various aspects of culture, consciousness, and social evolution.
David Alan Foster, has over 30 years in design: industrial, product, web, graphic, type, package, environmental, display, tool and publications design. Currently working on a contract basis for design and drafting of retail display, industrial/safety, architectural and medical fixtures.

Jim Caldwell, Ph.D., Board President of Conexions. President of E3 Regenesis Solutions, specializing in building green energy alliances and green community systems integration in the US and China. Member of Sustainable San Mateo County, Member of Energy Voyager Corporation's International Knowledge Trust, a Director of the 1990 Institute and The U.S. China Green Energy Council.
Lisa Friedman, Ph.D., Founding member of Sustainovation, Partner in Enterprise Development Group (EDG), a consulting and training firm specializing in innovation and strategy. She is co-author of the book The Dynamic Enterprise, co-creator of the innovation survey ValueSTEP, and is a frequent speaker and workshop leader on eco-innovation, cradle-to-cradle design, and sustainability strategy.
Lynne Sopchak, Ph.D., is a biologist with a B.S. in medical technology and a doctorate in immunology and microbiology. She has experience in healthcare, business, education and research in SF Bay Area universities. Lynne is interested in biomimicry and the intersection of art, science and technology.
Mari Pearman is a consultant focused on developing organizational capacity through human capital, systems, and presence. She facilitates strategic planning sessions for executive committees & boards, acts as neutral facilitator for community stakeholder engagement sessions, and designs and implements interactive training programs.
Samantha Schoenfeld, Founding member, brings her experience and skills as a conflict resolution professional specializing in mediated and facilitated processes. She has worked with business, academic institutions, and in public peace processes internationally. Samantha is also a certified Enneagram Instructor, Mediator and Facilitator.
