Laura Kelleher

Attorney Laura Kelleher has devoted her entire legal career to advocating for employee victims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wage theft. Laura helps employees confront their employers and bring them to justice. In her first trial, for sexual harassment, the jury awarded the employee a verdict over 25 times the amount the employee had ever earned working for the employer. The court also ordered the employer to pay for Laura's work on the case. EDUCATION Laura earned her B.A. in Sociology at the University of California, Davis in 2008. Laura rowed for the UCD Women's Crew team. Laura traveled the country to compete in regattas, including twice winning the San Diego Crew Classic. In 2014, Laura earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco. During law school, Laura was President of the Labor and Employment Law Student Association. She achieved a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in her Employment Law Seminar.

Paul Huff

Attorney Paul Huff has been an advocate for workers' rights since his first year in law school, and is dedicated to helping employees obtain justice for the illegal actions of their employers. EDUCATION Paul earned a B.A. in Sociology, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016. Paul wrote his Honors Sociology Thesis on how students' social backgrounds influence their choice of college major and perpetuate social and economic inequality. In 2022, Paul obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC College of the Law, San Francisco), graduating cum laude. During law school, Paul participated in UC Hastings' Workers' Rights Clinic, Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation, and Hastings Employment and Labor Law Students Association, and wrote a research paper advocating for more robust parental leave policies to combat gender inequality in the workplace. Paul started his career as an Employment Litigation Fellow at Open Door Legal, a non-profit legal organization in San Francisco. Paul helped represent employees by conducting intake interviews, analyzing employment regulations and public benefit procedures, calculating damages, and drafting discovery requests, demand letters, and complaints.

Susan M. Swan

Susan is a sixth-generation California native, and a proud graduate of Encinitas public schools, including San Dieguito High School. She has lived in Wisconsin; Barcelona, Spain; Detroit; and Washington, D.C. She is a recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting, for creating and organizing a library of children's books for Encinitas Head Start. Susan loves to swim in the ocean, in lakes, and in pools. She is a devotee of Iyengar yoga, and a season subscriber to the Old Globe. owner and trial attorney Susan M. As lead trial counsel in a sexual harassment case against a restaurant and its manager, she won on every single cause of action. As lead trial counsel in an unpaid wages case, she won the trial. She has also obtained multiple six- and seven-figure settlements. Susan's peers have recognized her as one of San Diego's premier attorneys.
