Originally from Columbia where he worked as a software developer and IT technician for seventeen years, Eduardo holds a degree in Information Technology Analysis and Software Development from the Programmers Academy in Medellin, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Autonoma Latino-Americana University. While in Columbia he owned and managed a software development and IT services company for eight years. He also worked for Valores Simesa S.A. and was part of their ISO 9000 series certification team.
In 2000 Eduardo moved to the US to take on a position managing quality control for a major IT firm and then in 2005 he moved to Canada where he was hired as a Provision Manager, also with a major IT company. In 2007 he began his tenure at téliPhone, where he was able to apply his provisioning experience. Based on his exceptional skills and performance he was soon offered the position of Director of Operations and is now the Vice President of our Ontario and Western Canada offices where he manages the daily operation for all voice and data customers.

With more than 15 years of Product, Marketing and Sales experience, Eric is a telecom industry veteran with a proven ability to commercialize innovative technologies. At TNW, he is responsible for leading the national product and marketing efforts as well as leading the organization's massive CLEC expansion program.
Prior to his appointment as VP Product and Marketing, he spent three years leading our product and marketing team, and was responsible for establishing TNW as a CLEC in the Canadian market. Eric holds a BSc from McMaster University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, U of T.

Glen has been a member of the Navigata team for over 23 years. He began his career at Navigata in 1990 as an Installer, and then moved into a Systems Technician role 6 years later. In 1997 Glen was promoted to the Engineering Department as a Planner where his main area's of responsibility have been focused on Project Management of both internal and external projects, design and implementation of Navigata AC and DC power systems, network/collocation site design, and inside/outside copper/fiber facilities.
Glen received a graduate certificate in Project Management in 2001 and later that year became a PMP. He is a member in good standing with the PMI and the local Canadian West Coast Chapter of the PMI. Glen was promoted to Manager, Network Engineering in January 2011.
As a result of his valuable performance and contribution to the success of Navigata, in January 2012 Glen was promoted to the VP of Engineering

Owen joined Navigata in May of 1999 as the Manager, Switch Engineering. In the past eleven years, he has held progressive positions in the company, primarily focused on the customer relationship side of the business.
With more than eighteen years of telecommunications experience, including Carrier Sales, Customer Service, Network Planning and technology consulting, Owen has the knowledge and experience required to lead our sales, marketing and customer service teams to market success.

As chairman of Investel, Joseph is responsible for leading the company into its next phase of growth. He oversee Investel's corporate direction, applying his lifetime of management experience to impart his clear strategic vision to the entire team for its successful business development.
After receiving a Law degree and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke, Joseph spent 20 years managing several businesses and organizations in various sectors. This included the management of the Press Centre at the Montreal Olympics. In 1989 he created his own marketing firm which he ran successfully for 25 years, enhancing the sales and profit of many small to medium-sized businesses. His long career provides him with extensive business insight and excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Lawry has been SVP Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at TNW since December 2012. Prior to that he oversaw the business development activities of Teliphone Corp. He has considerable a business development background with nearly 30 years experience. He holds a BSc (Honours) and MSc from Carleton University and a joint MBA from McGill University and the Manchester Business School of the University of Manchester. In 1991 he founded Strathmere Associates International Limited, an Ottawa-based business and economic development consulting firm which serves the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and still serves as its President.
He has served as a consultant to major corporations such as Bayer, Alcan, the Bendix Corporation as well as several Canadian Government Departments including Industry Canada, National Defence and the Canadian International Development Agency. He is a regular consultant for the World Bank in Washington having supported the development of a number of technology-based projects including the Global Development Learning Network and E-Link Americas. In 2007 he completed a LEAD Fellowship (Leadership in Environment and Development) and since that time has devoted his time to the organization as part of his Corporate Social Responsibility and has helped LEAD in the development of programs in idea generation and ethical decision making.

Sandeep has led organizations in his previous capacities as CEO, COO, CMO and President. He has worked as an entrepreneur successfully developing companies and building value for their stakeholders, particularly in the information technology / information security and telecommunications sectors.
He brings to the organization a creative spark, sound analytical reason, and a system of controls. His areas of expertise include: Determining project viability (whether from a financial, technological, or organizational capacity), development and implementation of business process, identification and mitigation of risk, and start-up / operational development and management. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has worked designing surgical instrumentation in the past.
