For over 30 years Tim Sheeper has guided and mentored new, emerging athletes and seasoned competitors. He adapts to meet the ever-changing needs, commitments and goals of our athletes. Tim works closely with Mike Osmond, Team Manager, who organizes the team, connects members and manages the team calendar... We believe in the energy of group workouts. Training together provides motivation and inspiration. Along with dynamic, creative sets, our workouts include friendly competition.
