Derry has 14 years tool making experience. He is the in-house AlphaCAM team leader, and programs a wide range of CNC lathes, mills and 5-axis machining centres. Derry also has many years programming and operational experience with Electric Discharge Machines. He is trained in Lean manufacturing, and provides in-house training for T&T Precision's apprentice tool makers. Derry is more than happy to support and provide advise clients about machining requirement.

Enda is a graduate of Mechatronic Engineering and holds a Masters of Science in Computer Aided Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Dublin City University. He also holds a Masters of Engineering Science in Information Technology in Architecture, Engineering and Construction from University College Cork. With experience of calibration and process control in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, industrial design with a well-known outdoor power equipment company, and over a decade working with medical devices, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

A qualified toolmaker with 25 years experience in operation management. Finbarr has a certificate of Mechanical Engineering. Using his strong design expertise combined with his hands-on practical approach, Finbarr is involved at all stages personally ensuring that components and projects achieve the highest quality throughout. His design experience ranges across medical devices, pharmaceutical and aerospace. Qualifications in Lean Manufacturing ensure that the operations management is run smoothly and efficiently to secure customer satisfaction. This reinforces the organic growth of the company.

An ambitious Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland (MIATI), Joyce is highly motivated with over 15 years' experience working in both industry & public practice. She offers a wide range of experience in all aspects of Auditing, Accountancy, Taxation, Accounts Payable/ Receivable, Office Management & Payroll. Compliant with all Continuing Professional Education, company law & technical standards. Excellent communication skills.

Prior to joining T&T Precision Engineering Ltd, Martin had 6 ½ years' experience as a mechanical engineer working in the medical device industry. Martin has experience in both new product development and process improvement, working on projects including CNC machining, polishing processes, product inspection, gauging, vision system inspection, validations and laser marking systems.
A graduate of the University of Limerick with a Bachelors of Engineering Degree, and the University College Cork with a Masters in Sustainable Energy Engineering, Martin also has certification in advanced geometric dimension and tolerancing (GD&T) and CNC programming.
Martin has experience with UG NX CAD and CAM software as well as SolidWorks. Martin is available to help you in all aspects of your project, from design for manufacturability reviews, fixture/gauging design, process design to applications/CAM support.
Having worked with a wide variety of industries from the electronics sector, moulding and plastics divisions and automotive, Victor's strengths are firmly embedded within the medical device and aerospace industries. He is a qualified toolmaker and has completed certifications in mechanical engineering, CAD/CAM and lean manufacturing.
Perhaps Victor's greatest strength is the honest and transparent way in which he works with clients, sharing his expertise and knowledge and developing customised solutions to meet specific precision engineering requirements. He works with clients all over the globe. His integrity can be complimented across all fields of society and the greater engineering community.
