Cindy started her career in the home buying industry over 30 years ago. As a single mom living overseas, she worked primarily in property management. When she relocated back to the states, she continued her career in the same field but as a real estate agent - where her biggest frustration was working with lenders. She found herself chasing lenders for information on her clients, constantly out of the loop and not able to provide the best experience. After a decade of thinking there has to be a better way to do this, she decided she was going to get into lending and find the better way. And she did. Cindy has built a reputation for herself in the lending world as not only being incredibly knowledgeable on buyer programs, but for efficiency in getting her loans done well while making sure her agents are always in the loop on their mutual clients. Cindy has over 30 years' experience in the industry and knows what a process it can be, which is why she works with a commitment to excellence for her buyers and their agents. Cindy Howeth began her real estate career in Arizona after her husband was relocated to the small town of Prescott Valley. She was looking for a career that would allow her to utilize her sales and property management background. She became a real estate agent and the "fun" (or "not-so-fun") began.

Marla is wife to Scott Wynn, mother of four and has two (adorable) grandkids. Marla joined Scott and became a Licensed Loan Officer in 2009. Since then she has made an impact on the mortgage and real estate community through her amazing work ethic and approach to business. Marla focuses her attention on the individual she is working with whether it is a client, real estate professional or anyone else she may have the opportunity to meet. Marla's primary focus is helping The Wynn Team's real estate partners improve their businesses. Through extensive training in both personal and professional settings she has a wide-ranging knowledge level to help even the most seasoned real estate professionals in an impactful way. Marla believes in providing every customer with individualized 5-star treatment from the very first moment we are introduced to them. She helps the real estate professionals do the same and organize their business in a way that makes providing that service sustainable as we have done within The Wynn Team.

Scott Wynn has been a Licensed Loan Officer since 2002. He originally went to college and graduated with a degree in Business Management, but wanted to pursue the adventure of mortgage lending, following in Cindy's footsteps. Scott sees challenges as opportunity. Originating loans is a complex puzzle that requires ingenuity and problem-solving skills. Scott loves being able to put his skills and experience to work for his buyers and will not settle for good enough. He works each loan until the product is perfect for his customers specific needs. Scott has a passion for assisting his clients achieve financial success. The definition of financial success, however, is unique to each person. Scott works closely with his clients before, during and after the mortgage transaction to ensure those financial goals are kept in mind and part of the overall mortgage financing strategy he designs. Mortgages are too often viewed as an independent transaction rather than a tool to be used in the overall financial goals and dreams. Scott assists his clients in looking at the mortgage differently. Scott's holistic and consultative approach helps his clients see the bigger picture and start thinking more seriously about what they hope to accomplish in the future and how their mortgage can help them with those goals. Whether you are just starting out with setting up an emergency fund, working on paying off debt, savng for college or retirement or working on growing your investments Scott will work with you to design your mortgage to aide you in your objectives. Scott is also a Branch Manager for The Wynn Team at Citywide Home Loans, which means his degree in Business Management is used while he oversees his team of more than a dozen employees! Scott ensures his team works with his passion for greatness and commitment to his customers, which means you will never be disappointed with your experience at The Wynn Team. Scott Wynn, Cindy's only son, joined Cindy in 2002 right out of college where he studied Computer Science and Business Management. These skills added tremendous value to Cindy's already successful mortgage business. Scott assisted Cindy and eventually became a loan officer. Scott followed in Cindy's footsteps and continued to focus on first time homebuyers teaching classes with her. Two years into his career as a mortgage loan officer, Scott decided to take a loan officer position with Pulte Mortgage (Pulte Homes' mortgage company). He spent three years working for Pulte and quickly rose into management where he worked with his team to become one of the top rated teams in terms of customer service and customer retention. Scott handled an extremely high volume of loans which was a great learning experience, but he felt something was missing. He enjoyed working with customers and real estate agents. This is not something he was able to do as a manager for Pulte Mortgage. He decided it was time to join Cindy again. In late 2009, Scott's wife, Marla was ready for a new challenge. She had spent the past six years doing business management and fundraising for a local non-profit therapeutic preschool. She joined the team, learned the mortgage business, began teaching classes and got licensed. Marla originated loans for customers who are very loyal to her, but spent the majority of her time working to expand their business and taking great care of their past clients. He's Part of the Family Joe Eagan joined the team in 2010 and quickly became an integral part of what makes the Wynn & Eagan team so great. With Joe's dedication to providing a great experience to each and every customer along with his incredible problem solving ability he was a natural fit on the team. Our clients love Joe which is exactly why Joe became a partner of the Wynn & Eagan Team in 2019. Since that time, the Wynn & Eagan Team has continued to help more and more families financing homes through a dedication to excellence.
