AMA - Key Persons

Alvise was born and raised in Florence (Italy) before moving to Amsterdam for his law studies. After completing his Master in Corporate law at the University of Amsterdam, Alvise started his career as Board Secretary for a privately held major telecom and consumer electronics retail holding in the Netherlands where he was responsible for the management of all legal, fiscal, and administrative matters of the group. Subsequently, Alvise continued his career working for a boutique service provider in the fiduciary sector. Alvise is one of the founders of AMA Corporate Solutions where he is active as Partner and is responsible for managing all legal and strategic matters of his varied client portfolio. His focus is on family-owned business, expanding corporates, HNWI and private equity structures.

Michiel started his career in the fiduciary services industry in 2006 after having completed his studies in Tax Law at Tilburg University. He is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in corporate governance, tax and administrative matters. Together with his partners, in 2021, Michiel founded AMA Corporate Solutions where he is active as Partner and Managing Director. Michiel's focus is on legal and tax matters for real estate and private equity structures as well as for enterprises expanding their business operations into the Netherlands.
