El Jefe Catering was created in our home kitchen. As a family we always strived to make absolutely delicious food. Over the years it became a passion. Our holiday parties became extremely popular for the food and our personal touch. In 2012 we decided to share our Mexican cuisine with the rest of the world. Our vision was simple "to provide our customers with the best Mexican food and personal service to your guest as if it were our family" & our golden rule "We will make it happen" Following that simple golden rule and adding excellent service, it did not take long for Los Angeles to take notice...
