Jake M. Laine

Jake M. Laine obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Syracuse University in 2017. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2020. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. While at St. John's Law, Jake earned the Dean's Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial Advocacy. Jake has worked for Judge Colin F. O'Donnell in Nassau County District Court. Jake prides himself in representing police officers injured in the line of duty. Jake possesses a great understanding of General Municipal Law ยง 205-e. At St. John's Law School, his scholarly writing article was entitled "Protecting Those That Protect Us" that called for the legislature to amend current law to afford more protections to police officers injured in the line of duty. Jake has handled numerous personal injury cases conducting depositions, negotiations, mediations and arbitrations zealously seeking justice for injured clients. Jake enjoys working out, family time, and watching the New York Yankees.

Joanne Porcelli

Joanne Porcelli is one of our firm's most senior associate. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, concentrating on the firm's motor vehicle litigation but also handles premises and labor law practice. She has extensive Arbitration and Mediation experience as well as appellate experience. She graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctorate and is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is a tireless and tenacious advocate for her clients, in all aspects of their cases, is involved in thoroughly analyzing and planning strategies for every case the office handles, continually re-evaluates cases at every stage of litigation and is very grateful to be in a position to make a difference in the lives of people who need her legal expertise.

Parker J. Laine

Parker J. Laine obtained his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 2017 and graduated from St. Johns Law School in 2020 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Parker is experienced and well versed in personal injury and general negligence cases. He has fought hard to protect the interests of accident victims by securing them the compensation they deserve for their injuries. He has the experience and knowledge to fight the insurance companies to ensure that his clients receive the settlement or award they deserve. Parker is from a law enforcement family and takes great pride in representing law enforcement officers and their families. Additionally, Parker keeps in constant contact with clients throughout their cases to ensure that they are kept well informed. Parker has handled personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and premises liability. He has experience in dealing with and preparing cases throughout the entire litigation process in anticipation of trial. Parker has distinguished himself in depositions, mediations and arbitrations resulting in large awards for our clients.

Victoria Laine

Victoria Laine attended undergrad at Towson University and LIU Post and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 2017. Previously, she worked as an administrative assistant at Morgan Stanley. She is involved in all aspects of drafting and preparing legal pleadings and memorandum. In addition, Victoria handles the court calendar and assigns all matters out to the attorneys at the firm. She is a Certified Notary Public in the State of New York, commissioned in Nassau County
