Baltimore Washington Mat Service, a division of Lord Baltimore Uniform, is an independently owned commercial laundry and a Baltimore tradition dating back to the 1920s. We provide mat rental services to various businesses. These products include carpeted mats with standard or heavy rubber backing. Logo mats, anti-fatigue matting, outdoor mats, scraper mats, kitchen/bar mats, mops, cleaning cloths, microfiber mops and towels and paper and soap products... We provide a highly attentive service in an industry where four national companies provide mediocre service to 90% of the market. Our customer retention last year was 96%. We achieve this through a simple and very old technology - treating others as we ourselves would like to be treated.
