Ashley Stanaway was born & raised in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. With 10+ years' experience in insurance, the decision to make a career change into real estate was natural. Her mom, June Stanaway has been in real estate for 35+ years, so much of her childhood was attending open houses, showing houses, setting off her mom's car alarm while she was inside showing homes with clients. (Oops!) Ashley's experience in personal lines insurance sets her apart from her competition with her knowledge of what it may take to insure a property and the hurdles you may run into before they happen. Ashley started her insurance career in Wenatchee, expanded over to the Seattle area and has spent the last 6 years brokering insurance deals from multi-million dollar corporations to manufactured homes in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She's always loved celebrating the excitement with her clients as they found their dream home and ensuring their investment was protected. Ashley loves catering to clients and finding their dream home and loves that everyone's dream is a little different! Whether your goal is to buy, sell, or both she is very committed with 24/7 service. Ashley enjoys the day-to-day communication and negotiation it takes to make deals happen. Sales has always come naturally to Ashley as it started when she was a young kid selling cherries on the corner of 21 st and Devon Ave in East Wenatchee. Who needs lemonade when you're in Wenatchee? Ashley enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends. Ashley loves being active in the community and giving back any way she can. Being a dual citizen (American & Canadian) she understands the hurdles you may encounter moving state to state let alone internationally and can offer guidance along the way.
