For decades, David Breen has been an accomplished senior executive and trusted business advisor with diversified experience providing operational, financial and governance expertise to multi-billion-dollar corporations in automotive, industrial products and insurance industries.
Breen had a 42-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP(PwC) where, in addition to serving clients, he held many management roles at the regional, national and global levels. He was Market Managing Partner for the Michigan and Northwest Ohio practice, Operations Leader for the US Assurance Practice and North American Automotive Industry Leader, among other roles.
Breen is Chair of Henry Ford Health, serves as a member and Chair of its Strategic Planning and Nominating and Governance Committees, and sits on its Audit and Compliance Committee.

Jacalyn S. Goforth is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she served in PwC's Private Company Services Assurance practice. For 34 years, she served high-growth companies in primarily the retail, technology, manufacturing and services industries.
Her experience encompassed structuring accounting systems for both existing corporations and those in the development stage, obtaining the requisite financing to support corporate growth strategies, and assisting clients with reviews of internal control systems.
Goforth is an experienced board member. In 2022 she was appointed as Board Chair of HAP and as a Henry Ford Health Director and member of its Compensation Committee.
She was a Certified Public Accountant for more than four decades, and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, among others. She earned a BSBA, Accounting, from Central Michigan University, and completed both the Kellogg Executive Education: Women's Director Development Program, Governance, and The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College's Tuck/C&L Partner Development Program.
In her distinguished career, Goforth has served in many professional capacities, including as an Executive Committee member, treasurer and chair of Finance committee, TechTown Detroit; on Health Alliance Plan's Audit Committee; and as treasurer of Central Michigan University's College of Business Administration Foundation, among many others.

Harris, an excellent communicator and creative problem-solver with more than 30 years of legal experience in the U.S. and international markets, was at the forefront of designing and implementing a strategy to maximize the value of Ford's global patent portfolio resulting in several new and transformative initiatives.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Urban League and Southeastern Michigan from 2014-2018, including as chairman.

Lynn Ford Alandt is the president of the Benson and Edith Ford Fund and one of ten trustees of the Eleanor and Edsel Ford House and serves as its Chair.
Ford Alandt is the daughter of the late Edith and Benson Ford, and the great-grand daughter of Clara and Henry Ford. She is a member of the Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute Council of Advisors, the Henry Ford Health Foundation Board and has served on the Henry Ford Health Board since 1998.
In 2005, she and her husband Paul established The Paul and Lynn Alandt Catheterization & Electrophysiology Center, which was the first electromagnetic navigation suite in Michigan. Lynn and her brother Benson have paid tribute to their parents through significant gifts to the Heart and Vascular Institute, and to establish the Benson Ford Fund.
Ford Alandt has been affiliated with the boards of the College for Creative Studies, The Henry Ford and the Detroit Zoological Advisory Board. In 2012, the Alandts were awarded the Max M. Fisher Award for Outstanding Philanthropists.
