Founded in 1976 by local people who were concerned at the decline of their community and wished to do something to improve it, today we provide more than 2,400 affordable homes. Our vision is to have thriving and prosperous local communities where all residents enjoy great homes and services, an attractive physical environment, and good life chances... We are continually seeking to improve the physical environment in which we operate, as well as increase the stock of good quality housing in the area.
