Andrea Knapp

Andrea joined Jeff as co-owner of ASA in 2013. Andrea has been practicing anesthesia for over 18 years. She graduated with honors with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baker University and her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from KU Medical Center. In her spare time, Andrea, or Dre as she is known to friends and family, enjoys spending time with her husband Chip and two teenage daughters, Callie and Regan. They love living in Lawrence, and are Jayhawks through and through.

Jayme Thorpe

Jayme is a 2013 KU Medical Center graduate, who resides in Lee's Summit MO. Jayme is experienced in General, Obstetric and regional anesthesia. Jayme and his wife Kristyn have two children, a 13-year-old daughter Devony and an 8-year-old son Hobey who they devote all of their spare time to. Jayme's Hobbies are bodybuilding, going to hockey games, camping trips with his family and attending his children's sporting events.

Jeff Glasgow

Little did Jeff Glasgow know while training at KU Medical Center that his eagerness to assist other departments with anesthesia outside of the operating room would lead to the foundation of Advanced Specialty Anesthesia. As the principle founder, Jeff recognized the need for anesthesia services in the office setting for children as well as adults with special needs. His love for the Jayhawks compelled him to complete his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from KU Medical Center. Jeff enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Kerry of over twenty years and his children Grant, Kennedy and Madison.

Joseph Weimholt

Joseph first became interested in anesthesia while serving his country in Afghanistan. After serving 5 years on active duty he decided to seek out a degree in anesthesia, attending the University of Missouri for his BSN and the University of Kansas Medical School, graduating in 2017 with a Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice. Joseph is experienced in a wide range of anesthesia techniques and specialties, gained while working in diverse clinical environments and as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves for over 20 years. He currently lives in Overland Park, KS with his wife, 4 children, and 2 dogs. He is a devoted family man and spends the majority of his free time adventuring with his kids, taking them camping, hiking, kayaking, and exploring all things outdoors.

Kelli Parker

Kelli joined ASA in 2021 having had a diverse background in anesthesia for over 11 years. Kelli graduated with her nursing degree in 1986 and received her anesthesia training at the Truman School of Nurse Anesthesia in Kansas City, MO. She also obtained a Master of Arts in Biological Sciences from UMKC. Kelli resides in Lees Summit with her daughter Katherine and her yellow lab Izzie. Kelli's hobbies include indoor gardening, camping, hiking, fishing, and enjoying time with family & friends.

Kelly Estep-Bosarge

Kelly received her Master of Science in nurse anesthesia in 2018. She grew up in South Central Kansas and graduated from Winfield High School before attending Butler County Community College and Wichita State University for her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees. Kelly practiced anesthesia in Wichita for five years at a level 1 trauma hospital and an outpatient surgery center. Pediatric patients are one of her favorite patients to provide anesthesia for. She keeps busy with her husband, two daughters, and dog, Oksana. In her spare time, Kelly loves to go on adventures with her husband, backpacking, camping, and finding historic places and beaches to relax on. When not traveling, you can find Kelly playing tennis, working on her golf game, gardening, and reading.
