Realizing where her passion truly…more Kim earned a degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma and began a career in that field following graduation. Realizing where her passion truly laid, Kim turned her focus to hospitality and moved up the ranks of the restaurant group she was working for and soon became General Manager of their newest concept: Chica's Mexican Café in Nichols Hills Plaza. Following that opening and the success of Chica's, Kim moved into management OKC's infamous Café Nova. It wasn't long before Kim and her soon-to-be business partner were making plans of their own, and within a short while, Picasso Cafe was born, in 2009. Kim is a founder and partner at Picasso Cafe and The Other Room bar, and also serves as spirits director for HumanKind Hospitality. Kim resides in Oklahoma City with her girlfriend and their three dogs.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Kindt has worked abroad in hospitality for Hilton Hotels and W Hotels & Resorts. Locally Kindt has been immersed in the growing restaurant and food scene for more than a decade. Kindt's passion for family and people brought him back to OKC as a consultant in 2012. Joining the ranks of HumanKind Hospitality brings his restaurant, catering, and hotelier experience to perfect fruition. Kindt resides in OKC and enjoys spending time with his large family and looks for ways to support his growing community.

RYAN PARROTT

After holding many positions within distinguished area restaurants, Parrott…more Parrott began his cooking career at age 15 and has not looked back. After holding many positions within distinguished area restaurants, Parrott aided in the reconceptualization of The Mantel Wine Bar and Bistro in Bricktown, Oklahoma. in 2000. He then opened nine different restaurant concepts beginning in 2003. Deciding to take a career turn, Parrott partnered with two other restaurateurs to open Iguana Mexican grill in 2008, and also began his own catering company, Seasons, and a one table concept called Table ONE. Parrott later teamed up with LOCAL in Norman to consult for a group to offer a unique family dining concept with locally sourced food. Since joining HumanKind in 2014 as executive chef, and has since become a partner and HumanKind's Culinary Director. He is proud to reside in Oklahoma City with his wife Malana, and their six children. Ryan is deeply involved with many charity organizations, including Arts Council of Oklahoma City, The March of Dimes Oklahoma Chapter, Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Boy Scouts of America, National Multiple Sclerosis Society Oklahoma chapter, and Oklahoma City Museum of Art.
