Brent is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Excel Development Group. Brent is responsible for all Excel operations, including Property Management services, Development services, Affordable Housing services and Consulting services. EXCEL specializes in the use of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the Federal HOME program, as well as other state programs, to successfully develop private and public projects that provide housing for low-to-moderate income citizens in communities of all sizes. He is responsible for all phases of this process from obtaining funding, acquiring land, overseeing the installation of infrastructure though construction completion. Brent currently serves on the Governor's Commission for Housing and Homelessness and the Nebraska Housing Developers Association Board.

Curtis is the Project Manager for EXCEL Development Group. Curtis is responsible for the oversight of all construction related activities including new residential, commercial, and rehabilitation projects. He brings over 17 years of construction experience to the company.
He has held jobs from Foreman,Superintendent to Construction Manager. With years of knowledge and coordinating abilities, Curtis will develop your projects into reality.
Dave is in charge of all current construction projects as well as future project analysis. Dave was hired to oversee the creation and ongoing management of the newly developed Excel Construction Company.
