Brent Phillips is Worldwide IBM Z Performance Evangelist at IBM. With a history of technology entrepreneurship, he started IntelliMagic's US operations in 2005 and led the US team until IBM's acquisition of IntelliMagic in 2024.
In his capacity as Worldwide IBM Z Performance Evangelist, Brent meets with IT executives and technical staff throughout the world to discuss strategic issues such as using AI to overcome skills gap issues, increase predictability of performance and capacity planning, reduce software costs, automate infrastructure testing for application development teams, and validate application infrastructure service levels for sites using outsourcing services. He is essential for merging IntelliMagic's technology and ideas into the IBM Z AIOps portfolio.
Brent has worked with mainframes for over 30 years, starting in operations mounting tapes in University, onto systems programming, and then to designing, developing and supporting software for mainframe environments. He co-founded Entact Information Security Corp. in 1999 and sold it to ASG Software Solutions in 2002. Brent has also served as the President of Consul Risk Management's US operations (acquired by IBM), and has spent 8 years in a key management role at Teubner & Associates (acquired by Esker Software). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State.

Brett Allison is the VP of Operations for IntelliMagic in the US. Brett leads the US team and provides executive oversight for technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, professional consulting services and the management and operation of the IntelliMagic Software as a Service cloud environment. As a certified security professional, Brett leads IntelliMagic's security and compliance processes and provides direction for IntelliMagic's security posture. He frequently leverages his technical expertise to contribute technical marketing content and is involved in strategic product management discussions for the IntelliMagic software solutions.
Brett delights in helping customers realize value from IntelliMagic solutions to gain operational efficiencies and reduce risk in their infrastructures. Working with customers and development to drive innovation within the IntelliMagic solutions invigorates him. He is passionate about serving our customers and employees well and is constantly looking for ways to improve the execution and delivery of our technical operations.
VP of Operations for IntelliMagic in the US. Besides leading the US team and operations and being part of the global leadership team, he is responsible for IntelliMagic's strategic security-related initiatives.
Dennis is a Senior z/OS Consultant at IntelliMagic. He has enjoyed working with a wide variety of customers in mainframe performance and related technologies for more than 30 years.

Joe is a Senior Technical Consultant at IntelliMagic after 32 years in high-end disk performance. He has extensive mainframe experience with I/O intensive applications, channels and IBM storage, as well as EMC and HDS disk storage.
John Baker, Senior z/OS Consultant at IntelliMagic, has been working with mainframes for over 25 years, both as a customer and consultant. His primary focus has been on system and application performance.
Katja is Senior Consultant and part of IntelliMagic's DACH and global consulting team. She has extensive mainframe tape knowledge and has worked as a z/OS systems programmer at various large sites in Germany.

Sally is a Senior Db2 Consultant at IntelliMagic and has worked with Db2 for z/OS since 1990. Sally enjoys helping customers with their Db2 performance issues, and writing articles and blogs about Db2.
Todd is a Senior z/OS Consultant. After experiencing as a customer the visibility IntelliMagic Vision provides into z infrastructure, he now enjoys helping customers derive great value from their SMF data to improve performance and availability.
Wim is the lead of IntelliMagic's Research team, product architect, and active in developing innovative ideas for our offerings.
