The Myers-Briggs Company Board Member Cynthia Cleveland is Founder & CEO of BroadThink, a global media, marketing and branding firm serving major entertainment and consumer product industry clients. She has held this position since 2002, and from 2011 has concurrently served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Advisors for BroadLit®, Inc., a digital publishing company she founded, which holds a vast library of romance ebooks, mobile games and merchandise and filmed entertainment. Prior to BroadThink and BroadLit, Cynthia was Universal Studios' Worldwide President of Consumer Products & Games (1998-2001) and U.S. President of Licensing and Merchandising (1996-1998). Prior to her tenure at Universal Studios, Cynthia was President and CEO of educational retail toy chain Imaginarium, and President of Teleflora from 1988 until 1993. Cynthia was named one of the 100 Visionary Leaders by Real Leaders magazine. In addition, she also serves on the boards of Young Presidents' Organization, on the International Networks Committee representing 26,000 members worldwide, the Indiana University Board of Visitors, and is a Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California; and Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Indiana University. Dr. Penny Moyle

Penny is an Organizational Psychologist, specializing in leadership coaching and bespoke executive education. Her clients include senior leaders from professional services, private equity, not-for-profits, academic research, and Formula 1 racing. She was CEO of OPP Ltd. (now the European office of The Myers-Briggs Company) from 2011 to 2016, beginning her career there in 1998 as a consultant and trainer. During her tenure, she also held management roles in R&D, Publishing, Sales and Marketing. Penny was also the founding CEO of Race Against Dementia, a not-for-profit organization that funds dementia research. She is the driving force behind a unique Fellowship Programme to fund early career dementia researchers, connecting them with motorsports and other high-tech commercial enterprises to accelerate their progress in finding a prevention or treatment for dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Penny believes in making personality theory and psychological insights accessible and applicable to everyone. She's an expert in The Myers-Briggs Company's products and techniques and is regularly invited to speak on how to apply them for the value of both individuals and organizations. She appeared as an expert on the BBC TV program ‘What am I like? The Personality Test', and her academic paper responding to the critics of the MBTI tool was published in the Journal of Personality Assessment. Penny has a BA with First Class Honors (top graduate in her year) from the University of Adelaide, Australia. She was awarded a George Murray scholarship to Oxford University, where she gained a doctorate (D.Phil.) in Experimental Psychology.
