Don't let her friendly smile fool you. This media maven is a bonafide bulldog. Whether it's tirelessly pouring over the latest consumer behavior patterns or talking down a vendor who's trying to charge who knows how much, she always makes sure each and every one of our clients get the most bang for their buck, every time. And in her spare time? Well, frankly, Ashlee saves most of her energy for us. So a comfy couch and five lives of Candy Crush is pretty much her evening jam.
From Sprint to Starlight and Ace Hardware to UMB, Charity has been working to make a wide variety of great brands shine for 17 years now. And she's not just flexible professionally - she also balances a full life of raising a wonderful son and being our resident yogi. The meditating, warrior posing kind, not the pick-a-nick basket thief. You know what we're saying.
Our fearless leader is a successful entrepreneur, a 17-year veteran of the advertising business and probably the most giving person you've ever met. What's that mean for you? Well, if you're a client, it means you can rest easy knowing that you're always getting the most bang for your buck. And if you're a fellow entrepreneur or marketing pro, it means one handshake is all it takes to make a friend who's always happy to share her considerable knowledge. And if you're Cindy, it means you probably *yawn* don't get enough sleep.
Normally, if you want a warm, vivacious personality and an ultra-thorough, detail-oriented employee who thrives on precision, you have to hire two people. But then again, Jami is no normal Accounting Specialist. She's an organized, efficient, kid-raising, invoice managing machine. But please - don't be afraid to let her know when she gets something wrong. She'll tell you what you're looking at wrong in the kindest, most supportive way possible.
She may not have an advanced degree, but our resident VP of Human Resources works doggedly to make sure our employees are happy, well-loved and never without a couple of dog treats in their desk drawers. This pup is easy to impress in interviews as long as you don't smell like cats, and she has notoriously lax office policies. She'll even allow a little heavy petting in the office, as long as she's the recipient.
Before you Google her, no, Stephanie isn't a famous Australian children's book author. But she could probably be the subject of that Stephanie Holm's next projects. And if she were, she'd probably be a bunny. You know the one. The always-busy-and-kind-of-anxious-but-super-friendly character that usually is a lot wiser than they let on, gets a ton done and stays super warm and fuzzy every step of the way.
This guy is going places. And whether it's traveling to all points across the globe as an adult, or deciding in the middle of the day to walk home from school as a kindergartner, he seems to know where he's going and what he needs to do to get there. This quality isn't common among professionals with just a few years' experience in their field. Which would seem to make Tom a professional with wisdom beyond his years.
Just don't tell him we said so. He may get up the confidence to walk out of here after lunch and set off for Kuala Lumpur.
