Donna is the founder and co-owner of Kaos. She has been within the industry for over 25 years, originally gaining her level 3 certificate. In later years she trained and qualified as an assessor. Donna continues to develop her knowledge and skills in her professi on and in addition offers Kerastraight smoothing, various types of extensions including pre-bonded, braidless weaves and tape. She regularly attends courses to keep up to date with the ever changing industry, her most recent one being the Neal and Wolf colour masters.
Emily has worked in the salon since 2012 where she started her apprenticehsip and has built up to becoming salon co-owner in 2017. Qualified to level 3 in Hairdressing she also offers Keratin Straightening and various hair extension methods. Emily also completes regular training courses on a variety of services with the most recent being the Neal & Wolf colour masters, giving her the highest level of colour knowledge. Emily is also a qualified makeup artist and offers salon based make up and bridal hair and makeup packages.
