Is an essential part of the organisation, co-ordinating the provision of services to our Service Users, as well as the work schedules for all the care staff. Alice has a very special gift which makes her approachable and enables her to get on well with everyone she meets and works with. She is a friend, support and a great source of strength to me her mother, her office colleagues, Service Users and all the members of the care team. Having been with the Company since 2008, Alice has attained qualifications and experience in administration and corporation operations.

Rachel joined the Company in April 2019 and has shown a great understanding of delivering a quality service to the people we care for. She currently divides her time between the office and a continued care service within our local community. Rachel has quickly become a valued member of our team and we are very grateful for her support and dedication.

Is our training officer/assessor and has had a significant position within the Company since coming to work with us in 2007. Sarah is well qualified to train to the high standard required to provide excellent care to all our Service Users. Her programme aims to instill confidence and self-assurance within the team thus facilitating them to perform to the best of their ability.
