Cathy Wagner has been involved with hospice since 1984, serving primarily in executive management and educational roles. She has worked in several hospice programs in Ohio and in Colorado, most recently as Executive Director of Denver-based Colorado Community Hospice. Cathy was a part-time instructor at Red Rocks Community College where she created and taught end-of-life classes. She served on the RN exam development committee for the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center and was a board member for many years with the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA). She is a member of the Quality and Standards committee for The Hospice and Palliative Care Association of the Rockies. Cathy also served on the board of directors for Halcyon Hospice in Denver. She has a special interest in medical ethics and has served on several ethics committees. Cathy received her RN in 1981 and earned a Master of Science degree in nursing in 1983 and an MBA in 1998. Cathy will be advising our clients on utilizing data-based information to improve patient care and organizational efficiency.

Dr. Kassner is a hospice and end-of-life healthcare analyst. He incorporated Hospice Analytics in 2008 to work with Medicare and other national databases to increase access to and utilization of high-quality end-of-life care. In 2023, He incorporated Hospice & Palliative Care Today, a daily news aggregation service focused on understanding the current landscape of serious illness and end-of-life care.
He earned degrees in Social Work (BS, Illinois State University), Counseling (MA, Denver Conservative Baptist Seminary), and Health & Behavioral Sciences (PhD, University of Colorado-Denver). He is currently enrolled in the Colorado School of Public Health's Graduate Certificate Program in Applied Biostatistics. His prior work experience includes serving as CEO of the Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care (now HHAC), and clinical and research responsibilities at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. While co-chairing the University of Colorado Hospital Ethics Committee, Cordt founded the Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum (CHEF), serving as president for 5 years and a board member for 11 years. He has served as a "translator" of information between administration/clinical healthcare professionals and researchers/statisticians for over 30 years. He serves as Data Analyst for the Louisiana Mississippi Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. Cordt serves and has served on numerous local, state, and national boards and committees and has facilitated over 200 workshops and presentations. Current Board service includes the Illinois Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (IL-HPCO), the Hospice & Palliative Care Network of Maryland (HPCNM), and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care (PPHPC). Cordt is a Chair Emeritus of the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Board of Directors. He has served on three recent Medicare Technical Expert Panels for Hospice Quality. Cordt has served on the faculty of the University of Colorado since 1992, and in 2012 was also invited to serve on the faculty at Duke University. Cordt participates as a Scientist with the MJHS Institute in Palliative Care team. In conjunction with MJHS, Cordt is working with colleagues at Columbia University and Rand Corporation on a NIH grant focused on hospice use in nursing homes. He served as a hospice volunteer for several years. In 2022, Cordt founded the 501(c)3 nonprofit Center for Healthcare Analytics to support Colorado's response to COVID-19. SueAnn M. Reynolds led Family LifeCare for 20.5 years in the capacity of President & CEO. In her leadership role, she took Family LifeCare from providing hospice services to a full continuum of post-acute programs. She also has been an active state and national leader in hospice and palliative care over the past 15 years. SueAnn is a Governing Board member with the Indiana Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (IHPCO) and has performed as the Governing Board Chair, Secretary, Education Chair, and Membership Chair. SueAnn represents IHPCO at CMS Region V and Palmetto, GBA Coalition regulatory meetings.
SueAnn served as a director of the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization's (NHPCO) Governing Board as the Great Lakes Geographic Area Representative. She has also functioned as a member of the Palliative Care Advisory Council, Research Committee, Council of States Steering Committee, and Nursing Home Advisory Task Force. She continues to support NHPCO as a Council of States Representative.
Through her leadership involvement with state, regional and national associations, she has provided numerous presentations from hospice & palliative care, pediatric palliative care, quality/compliance and ADR's, documentation dos and don'ts, physician billing to regulatory/CoPs.
