SMT - Key Persons
In 1993 Dell Livingston, AIA, was a founding partner of LLW Architects, Inc. where he continues to serve as Senior Principal. Dell's responsibilities include all office activities including marketing, design, construction document production, project management, and construction administration. Dell serves as an AIA consultant in collaboration with the SMTeam to provide clientswith Architectural expertise throughout the Strategic Planning and Modernization Planning process.
Jaime has served in multiple roles that have equipped her with organizational and planning skills. She is skilled in coordinating logistics and event planning and has a proven track record in both. Jaime has over 4 years of general management experience and over 5 years of experience in bookkeeping. Jaime has served as the project manager for multiple projects that involved building maintenance.
Karyn has over 15 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Industry. She has a wide skill set that includes construction supervision, drawing of plans, inspections of work, experience with completion documents and regulations, modernization management and more. Karyn is our in-house certified REAC Inspector and has been for two years. She will be leading SMT in their annual inspections for each client.
