Joined Well-Tech PCB in 2008, Aiming Zhou is responsible for Pre-production Engineering and provides engineering support to customers. Aiming has prior Frontend experience at Guangzhou Elec & Eltek and Shenzhen Sunshine. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hunan Normal University.

Levin joined Well-Wisdom PCB in February 2016 to drive Shenzhen Oversea department. Prior to joining Well-Tech Levin was the oversea sales engineer in Guangzhou Fastprint Circuits Co., Ltd and Primarily responsible for European Clients. Levin has over 6 years of PCB experience starting as MI Engineer at Shenzhen Sunshine PCB. After that Levin joined Guangzhou Meadville as quotation. Levin holds his Bachelor's degree from Zhongyuan University Of Technology.
Mingliang Zou brings over 8 years experience to Well-Tech. In 2007, he was appointed General Manager upon joining the company. Mingliang Zou is responsible for all the aspects of manufacturing operations including product engineering, quality and production. He was the Production Manager at Dongguan Meadville Circuits Ltd and Suzhou Meadville Circuits Ltd(TTM Technologies,Inc).before joining Well-Tech PCB. Mingliang graduated from Jiangxi University with a Bachelor's degree.
Pinhong Wu joined Well-Tech PCB in 2010. He is responsible for Well-Tech's overall product development and go-to-market strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wu served Director of Engineering and Quality/Product Engineering Manager with Yan TAT circuit (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. Mr. Wu has received various accreditation during his tenure in the industry, is a frequent contributor to technology publications, and is often sought out to speak at industry events.
Founded Well-Tech in 2004, Zhi Ouyang is responsibility for all areas of the company strategy including operations, finance, marketing and business development. Zhi received Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University. During the early 1990s, Zhi left the government sector in Hunan Province to start his career at Guangzhou Elec & Eltek. Prior to Well-Tech PCB.

Zhong Shi joined Well-Tech PCB in 2009 after over 10 years at Yan TAT circuit (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. He is responsible for Well-Tech's Quality Management Systems. He is also responsible for Well-Tech's product quality assurance, customer service and continuous quality improvement. He graduated from Jiangxi Nankai University with a Bachelor's degree.
