Located in the City Pharmacy building at 12 West St., customers are able to visit the upstairs doctor's offices, shop at the pharmacy and get fitted out with the latest home health care equipment - all under one roof. Previously situated in locations on Premier Drive, Humber Road and the old Co-Op building, Aware Home Health Care has operated adjacent City Pharmacy out of its current location since 2000.
