Amy Zalazar

Amy was born and raised in Colorado and was introduced to mountaineering and climbing at an early age in her teens over 35 years ago. Her parents recognized her passion and helped her grow and to professionally expand her outdoor knowledge. Amy pursued becoming an AMGA guide because she finds much of her joy in sharing the wonders of the outdoors with others, and the smiles it brings to their faces. She believes people with all abilities should experience the wonders of getting outside. She has experience climbing with the blind community, children and adults of all ages. When she is not in Colorado she is usually traveling internationally climbing or in her converted van "Ellie" traveling the country climbing the world's best climbing destinations. If you were to ask Amy where are some of her favorite outdoor travel expeditions have been she would start with Wadi Rum, Thailand, Yosemite, Colombia, Alaska, Pico de Orizaba, Israel, Indian Creek and she would have a hard time stopping there because everyplace is amazing in its own way. Amy also is a certified veterinary technician in Emergency and Critical Care as a relief technician that loves animals and she is certified in canine wilderness first aid. Amy's hobbies outside of climbing are gardening, raising her chickens, hiking, mountaineering, camping, spending time with friends and her two dogs.

Becca Droz

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Becca started climbing in Boulder, CO in 2009. She learned traditional and multi-pitch climbing while at school at Warren Wilson College in Western North Carolina through the Outdoor Leadership program and the affiliated Outward Bound school. Becca has worked as a climbing coach/instructor at Movement climbing gym in Boulder since 2016, focusing on women's group programming. She began guiding through Women's Wilderness, a local non-profit, also in 2016. Becca's all around skill base and personable energy makes her a great person to guide you up your first outdoor climbs, multi-pitch routes or help you advance your skills as a seasoned climber.

Braxton Pauls

Braxton grew up in the Flint Hills of Kansas. As a teenager, he took many family vacations to the Rocky Mountains and fell in love with the endless adventure they have to offer. He loves skiing, ice climbing, and mountaineering in the winter; and climbing, hiking, and backpacking in the summer. Braxton has been guiding mountain adventures in the Estes Park and Boulder areas since 2021. He is certified as an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor, NOLS Wilderness First Responder, and has completed his Rec I Avalanche Certification. As a guide, Braxton strives to create safe, exciting and personalized adventures for his clients. If you can dream it, we can do it!

Brayden McCain

Brayden grew up spending a great deal of time in the front range mountains, where he developed a profound connection with nature. From a very young age, Brayden's curiosity and adventurous spirit led him to explore the breathtaking landscapes surrounding him. His passion for the outdoors only intensified over the years, and more recently, he discovered his true calling in climbing. Now, as an aspiring multi-pitch guide, Brayden's life revolves around mountaineering and scaling the majestic peaks of Colorado. The rugged terrains and challenging ascents fuel his determination and push him to reach new heights in his climbing endeavors. He not only sees climbing as a thrilling sport but also as a way to connect with the natural world on a profound level. One of Brayden's greatest joys is sharing his knowledge and expertise with others through outdoor education. He firmly believes that introducing people to rock climbing and alpine adventures can be transformative, instilling a sense of resilience, self-confidence, and respect for nature. For Brayden, teaching others how to navigate the vertical challenges of climbing and the unpredictability of the alpine safely is both a responsibility and a privilege. As he embarks on becoming a certified guide, Brayden eagerly immerses himself in continuous learning. He seeks out mentors and experienced climbers who can impart invaluable wisdom to him. Constantly honing his skills and staying up-to-date with the latest safety protocols, Brayden ensures that his students receive the best possible guidance and support during climbing expeditions.

Jack Dreyfuss

Jack was born in Denver and grew up exploring the Colorado rockies on the front range. Much of his time was spent at Oklahoma State university obtaining his bachelor degree in Architecture. During the summers he began developing his outdoor skills as a whitewater guide, and a climbing guide in the Arkansas River valley southwest of Denver. Since then he has guided backcountry and climbing trips in a variety of places throughout the United States. He has developed a Jack of all trades skillset in outdoor pursuits and aims to share adventuring with everyone.
