Bonnie Ross - COO

Bonnie Ross is the COO and Founding Partner of DiNicola Partners. She has more than 25 years of diverse Corporate and Human Resources consulting experience. She has held senior level corporate HR Executive positions in Talent Management, Organization Development and Business Unit HR Management. Bonnie has worked across multiple industries, including Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Banking / Financial / Professional Services, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment / Sports, Technology, and Non-Profit / Academia. Bonnie specializes in conducting organizational and individual 360 feedback programs, which includes analyzing feedback from clients to identify common themes around strengths and needs, preparing analyses of Interview Feedback into Executive Summaries and recommending development actions. She also designs and facilitates senior management meetings, resulting in Action Plans that help the team rapidly reach organizational goals and achieve results. She uses her significant corporate HR and consulting background to assess situations and issues to suggest creative and practical solutions. She raises awareness around issues pertaining to environmental and cultural areas, including leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and inclusiveness. Bonnie identifies enablers and inhibitors in organizations that affect the ability of the people to achieve desired results. While growing up and living outside the United States in England and East Africa, Bonnie developed a strong interest in cultural dynamics and interactions. These interests contributed to her focus on personality styles and how they affect individual and group working relationships. Her open communication style, willingness to take the initiative, and ability to relate to people of different cultures and backgrounds is the foundation upon which she has built strong relationships with clients, colleagues and professional associations. Bonnie is certified to administer and analyze the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality assessment instrument. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is an INROADS Spirit Award recipient for her contributions to its Northern New Jersey organization. Bonnie brings a unique blend of corporate human resources and consulting experience to DiNicola Partners, enhancing the firm's ability to provide an integrated approach to management consulting and senior team development.

Patti Kelly

Patti Kelly, is an affiliate Executive Partner with DiNicola Partners and a former global business focused Chief Human Resources Executive. She has a proven track-record of helping CEO's and their senior teams drive strategic business performance and significant growth through highly effective human capital asset management. This includes execution of M&A integrations, preparation for IPO/strategic sale and HR service partnership and delivery. Patti has over 25 years of multi-national Human Resources experience in all core HR functions and as a generalist in large, medium and small company environments, as well as private equity. She has extensive change management experience, including designing and optimizing organization structures and integrating businesses, talent and cultures in all major global markets. With broad experience and a strategic yet practical approach to maximizing people assets in conjunction with senior leaders and executive teams, Patti has created great value for organizations. She has had proven success in building strong executive leadership teams, designing optimal organization structures, assessing and acquiring top talent, and creating a competitive infrastructure to retain and motivate colleagues. Patti holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and an M.B.A. in Management from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Pete DiNicola - CEO

Pete DiNicola is the CEO and Founding Partner of DiNicola Partners and a former Chief Executive. He works with Chief Executives and their senior teams blending strategic, operational and leadership advice and facilitation together in the context of specific business situations that executives are facing (i.e., strategy for growth and increased profitability, improved execution, global expansion, business turnaround, management restructuring, portfolio reconfiguration, culture change, M&A integration, etc.). He brings this unique service to clients through a broad and diverse base of senior executive experience as a Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Strategic Planning Executive and Chief HR Officer at global Fortune 500, mid-size growth and small, entrepreneurial organizations. Throughout his 25 year corporate career, Pete established a reputation for helping executives and their organizations rapidly assess strengths and weaknesses, develop game changing strategy and direction, execute effective operating plans, and enhance human resources. He is a catalyst for change, guiding leadership teams through the execution of complex business challenges including start-ups, integrations, reorganizations, public offerings and senior management changes / succession, all of which he presided over in his career. As a Corporate Chief Executive, Management Consultant, Executive Advisor and Senior Team Meeting Facilitator, Pete has worked across several diverse industries, including consumer products, pharmaceutical, distribution, financial services, hospitality, insurance, advertising, media / entertainment, publishing, sports, manufacturing, retail, technology, telecommunications, engineering, transportation, nonprofit and professional services. He has led the development of strategic business and operating plans, which have resulted in a cumulative $1B growth in revenues and $200M in cost savings. Pete has extensive experience with product re-branding, revitalizing organizations, enhancing profit margins and managing public company governance, reporting and communications. Pete has worked with hundreds of multicultural senior executives across more than 40 countries, 20 industries and 50 companies, advising them through their most challenging business situations and facilitating their Senior Team meetings utilizing a combination of management interviews, proven exercises and practical implementation plans to achieve sustained results. He works with Board Members and Chief Executives to help them successfully enter new organizations and positions, assess business risks and opportunities, develop strategy and direction, select and upgrade key talent, orchestrate turnarounds, integrate companies, improve financial performance, and motivate employees through effective communication and leadership style.
