KUE'D SMOKEHOUSE

Kue'd Smokehouse is a BBQ restaurant located in Waukee, Iowa and is owned by Shad Kirton and Angie Kirton. We provide a multitude of meats and sides, some of which placed first in TLC's BBQ Pitmasters and overall reserve grand champion and brisket category world champion in the Jack Daniel's World BBQ Invitational Championship. Each day, the food is made fresh and smoked meticulously. Our restaurant is unique by the daily features, desserts, and handful of homemade sides, along with an updated menu every 4 months. All of the meats are dry rubbed and we offer four house BBQ sauces, ranging from mild to spicy. Kue'd's award-winning food can cater to everyone, from the pickiest eaters to the BBQ connoisseurs.
