MARTA & SON - Key Persons
Cesar Rodriguez is the CEO of MARTA & SON INC. He received his Bachelors degree from Kansas State University, and received his MBA from Baker University in Business Management. His occupation for most of his professional career was in the transportation industry (Third Party Logistics). He was a team leader, and managed a group of brokers in the Kansas City region. After over a decade in the field, Cesar decided it was time to change industries and help his mother (Marta) run her commercial cleaning business.
When Cesar is not working, he loves spending time with his family and playing sports outside.
Marta Aviles was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. She came to the United States in 1978 with only a few dollars to her name. Her focus was to start working and saving money to help support her four children. Well, she has come a long way and worked hard for many years to build her own company. Her top priorities were to offer quality service by providing competent people, and a good work ethic to serve her clients. Marta is also a giver by nature and wants to see her staff and the people around her improve their way of life.
Marta currently resides in Manhattan KS with her husband Carlos Aviles. Her favorite things to do is to spend time with her grandchildren, and travel to El Salvador.
