Andrew Nelson is a professor in the Department of Management at the Lundquist College of Business and the Randall C. Papé Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Nelson's research explores technology, entrepreneurship, and occupations and has been featured in leading journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, and Organization Science, as well as in national media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and NPR. Nelson received his PhD in management science and engineering from Stanford University, where he subsequently served on the faculty. He also holds an MS with distinction from Oxford University and a BA with honors and distinction from Stanford University. As an award-winning instructor, Nelson leads undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and executive education courses in entrepreneurship and organization theory. In collaboration with colleagues from Stanford University and the University of California at Davis, he also is the author of Technology Ventures: From Idea to Enterprise, published by McGraw-Hill, which is now in its fifth edition and used in entrepreneurship courses worldwide.

Anne Parmigiani

Anne Parmigiani is the Carolyn S. Chambers Professor of Management at the Lundquist College of Business. Her expertise includes vertical interfirm relationships, firm knowledge and capabilities, and firm boundaries. Her work has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Operations Management, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Inquiry. Parmigiani received her PhD and MA from the University of Michigan. Before joining the Lundquist College, she was a procurement manager where she managed $10 million in purchases. She also has experience in consulting, as she conducted product mix analyses and forecasts and developed strategic pricing and positioning recommendations based on market research and industry analyses. Parmigiani has received research grants from the Institute for Supply Management and the Sloan Foundation and was selected as one of three honored as a Western Academy of Management Ascendant Scholar in 2010.

Collette Niland has more than twenty years of experience in undergraduate affairs. After earning her doctorate in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she worked at several top research institutions including UW-Madison, UCLA and, most recently, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. At Illinois, Niland was the assistant dean for undergraduate affairs in the College of Business. Connie Brady started her career working in urban planning, later moving into public transportation after finishing her MBA at Gonzaga University. Bruce Blonigen is serving a two-year appointment as dean of the University of Oregon's flagship business college. During his more than 25 years with the UO, he has served as department head in economics, associate dean for social sciences, dean for faculty and operations in the College of Arts and Sciences, and interim dean of the Lundquist College of Business. Bruce most recently served as Tykeson Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. His research focus is on trade policy and foreign direct investment. Bruce was also the first in his family to earn a college degree and is passionate about student success. He is cofounder of the UO SAIL (Summer Academy to Inspire Learning) program, which inspires middle and high school students from low socioeconomic, first-generation, and underrepresented backgrounds to pursue, enroll, and succeed in higher education.
