Chuck H. Spavin

Chuck began his career with RBC Wealth Management and has been with the firm for almost 37 years. He is a member of the firm's prestigious Consulting Group, which consists of Financial Advisors that have been successfully dedicated to their business to consultative, advisory fee-based practice while exhibiting a commitment to strengthening their consulting skills. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction. Chuck has been very active in Optimist Clubs since 1989, and is currently the Vice-President of the Optimist Club of West St. Paul. He is also very passionate about music and is the creator and lead volunteer of the annual event Minnesota Sings, which is an amateur vocal competition. Chuck was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota and currently lives in Denmark Township with his wife, Kelly, and their son, Cole. They have two cats, Rambo and Peepers and they also have three miniature donkeys, Daisy, Dixie and Dolly. Chuck and his family enjoy spending time together traveling in their RV.

Doug Block

Doug has worked at RBC Wealth Management for over 23 years. He began his career in the operations department as a mutual fund house account reconciler, which gave him insight and expertise that he uses to best serve our clients. His vast knowledge and understanding of how to navigate RBC Wealth Management's operational systems makes him a valuable asset to our clients and to our team. As a Senior Client Associate, Doug is dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and assisting them with all their needs.

Kevin P. Monn

Experience Kevin has been a Financial Advisor since 1991 when he started with Piper Jaffray & Hopwood. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Dakota in 1990, before earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. Professional Designation Kevin earned the right to use the prestigious Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September, 2000. To become a CFA charter holder, he completed three years of industry study and passed three very rigorous exams showing proficiency in Ethics, Quantitative Methods, Economics, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Securities Analysis, and Portfolio Management. Personal Kevin lives in Inver Grove Heights, MN with his wife, Sarah. Sarah is a high school special education teacher at Rosemount High School. Together they have three adult children, Alexa, Abby, and Charlie. Alexa is a technology consultant in Chicago, IL. Abby, like Sarah, is a special education teacher at Rosemount High School. Abby was married to her husband, Zach, in December of 2021. Together Abby and Zach have a Poodle, Winston. Charlie works and lives in Rosemount with his girlfriend, Kiana, and their Black Lab, Milo. Kevin stays active playing softball, golf and hockey, as well as hunting, fishing. Kevin loves spending time training his Labrador Retriever, Zep.
