Nick here! Matteo (Teo) and I met at The White Rabbit Pub in Oxford. I got a job working behind the bar, and Teo as a pizza chef in the kitchen. Teo grew up working in his family's pizzerias in Milan, where he absorbed multiple generations' worth of knowledge and passion. He helped elevate the menu at the pub, which quickly gained a reputation for delicious, authentic pizza, and was voted the best pizza restaurant in Oxfordshire on multiple occasions... We make delicious gourmet pizza that happens to be "free from", our pizzas cater to most diets whether you're a Vegan, Vegetarian or a Meat Eater.
