AJNEML owner, Andy, has worked in the rail industry since the age of 16, when he started as an apprentice with Balfour Beatty Rail. For almost 40 years he has held several posts including Engineering Manager, Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) and Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM). Qualified in Civil Engineering he has extensive experience in all elements of OLE railway design and management.
