I have spent most of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area. I received my Bachelors from the University of Puget Sound, and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont... Some of my clients have expressed that my sense of humor, genuineness, and professionalism have helped them overcome their resistance to treatment and allowed them develop strategies to better their lives. The genuine relationship that I am able to form with those I work with is often the most helpful tool from therapy. My style is a pragmatic approach to change. I believe in developing reachable goals, using concrete interventions, and collaborating with my patients to improve their work and family life.
