Experienced in all phases of project management, estimating, purchasing, value engineering and on site supervision, Garth is considered one of the most progressive and innovative senior project managers in the industry today. Garth is directly responsible for construction oversight from beginning to end having an unparalleled track record in delivering Sentry projects on time and under budget. Garths strengths focus on the following areas: quality, safety, integrity and accountability. During his 14 years with in the construction field he has worked in the multi- family, mixed-use, hospitality and health care markets.
Prior to joining the Sentry Development Group, Garth was Senior Project Manager/Partner for Leeding Builders Group out of New York. Before that Garth worked for the Parx Casino as Director of Construction, Morgans Hotel Group ( Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos) in Las Vegas, Tarragon Development Corp., NY, and Bovis Lend Lease. Garth is a graduate of Arizona State University.
John is considered one of the most respected senior superintendents in the construction sector of real estate. Mr. Doran is senior superintendant for the Sentry Development Group. In this role, John is responsible for coordination, scheduling and all management phases of our construction projects. His expertise focuses on high rise urban construction as well as regional mid rise commercial and hospitality projects.
John's excellence in performance is demonstrated throughout renovation and new construction with oversight of all sub contractors specifications and deliverables. His background is extensive in project safety, purchase order BOP's, trenching, scaffolding, and confined space programs.
John is a New York Licensed Superintendant with a degree from Brookdale Community College specializing in architectural drafting and design.
Over the years, David Mexico has become renowned for creating a new paradigm in architecture and design. In fact, the words "design" and "architecture" do not do justice to the kind of innovation that clients have come to expect from David and his teams. He formed David Mexico Design Group to ignite a new kind of dialogue about these disciplines, by continually raising the bar and exceeding clients' expectations.
In his 30 years in the design and architecture industries, David's drive, passion and dedication have amazed his contemporaries the world over. His talent was fostered while still in high school, and after college he jointed Peterhansrea-Design in Birmingham, Michigan as a Senior Designer. Shortly thereafter, he went on to join Rockwell Group in New York, designing everything from entertainment spaces, restaurants and clubs, to Master Planning and brand creation. David's talents were instantly recognized as he because an industry trendsetter.
Throughout his distinguished career, David has worked on more than 800 projects, won countless awards, spoken at some of the world's most prestigious conferences, and garnered universal praise from his peers. Among some of the most renowned are: Crystals at CityCenter in Las Vegas, the Disney Cruise Line,Nobu Restaurants, Mohegan Sun Casino in CT, Emeril Lagasse restaurants in New Orleans, Atlanta, Miami and Orlando, Sushi Samba Rio in Chicago, Bobby Flay'sMesa Grill restaurants in Las Vegas and the Bahamas, Bar Americain in New York and CT, Watercolor Inn in Florida, Heinz Stadium Master Plan and Concourse Grand Hall in Pittsburgh, Comerica Park in Detroit, and the Phantom of the Opera Theater and stage set in Las Vegas. He continues to seek out new and revolutionary design practices and is constantly creating new approaches that go on to become industry standards. Born in Jersey City, NJ and raised on the Jersey Shore, Mr. William Fleck (Bill) was destined for a career in Architecture, Construction and Property Development. His Great Grandfather was the Sheriff of the Bronx and owned a Construction and Property Development Company in NYC. Without knowledge of his family ancestry, Bill decided at the age of 13 to become an architect while watching the construction of his childhood home. Bill excelled in school studying design and architecture. After high school Bill began to work with his older brothers building beautiful seashore homes in Monmouth County, NJ. During an internship in NYC to design the interior of a Steamship Corporation, Bill began to follow his family roots back to NYC to pursue his career. Bill has worked for some of the top architectural firms and eventually managed the development of corporate space for some of the most infamous fortune 500 companies in America. This led to his interests in Construction Management and Finally Property Development which enabled Bill to further develop his experience in almost every arena of construction including Commercial, Hospitality, Gaming, Retail, Residential, Restaurant & Nightclubs, Healthcare, Religious and Museums. Bill's experience with Paul Reilly Architects, J. Gordon Carr Architects, Mobil Oil, Shearson American Express, Salomon Brothers, HRH Construction, Bovis Lend Lease, Macklowe Properties and Parx Casino has guided him to excel in a leadership capacity providing a Portfolio of outstanding properties, many of which have been published, within the billions of dollar range throughout America. Ultimately Bill had founded his own firm, Builders Studio, which develops and implements inventive architectural details within a controlled studio environment to ensure the precision of superb design. Among many other assets, Bill offers a unique blend of managerial skills combining Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Architecture and Facilities Management experience. By utilizing his organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills Bill has been able to create a synergy of Design and Construction through hard work from the job site and the drawing board to the Executive Boardroom.
Bill has developed and managed staff of the Design & Construction Department for property development groups and casinos. He has led teams of professionals and has conducted very significant conferences through out the USA. He managed Architects & Design Consultants, Construction Managers, Realtors, Bankers, Lawyers, accountants and Tenants for large-scale real estate projects. In addition, he has overseen multiple building trades on new construction, renovation, tenant fit-outs and interiors of skyscrapers, major hotels, museums, residences, landmark structures and shopping centers. Bill is a visionary who's expertise ranges from Leadership, Master Planning, Design, Logistics, Problem Solving to the details of Budgeting, Bid Package Preparation & Oversight, Project Scheduling, Site Preparation, Quality Control and Value Engineering Review.
Bill is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey as well as a Licensed Florida State General Contractor. He completed his undergraduate studies at the City College of New York in Architecture and New York University in Construction Management. His business affiliations are with The American Institute of Architects, the Construction Management Association of America and the General Builders Contractors Association where he received an award for Construction Excellence in Craftsmanship.
In his role as President & Owner of Builders Studio, LLC, Bill is responsible for all operations and relations within the entity. His vision drives the Firms strategies and actions. Shaping the company's goals with a committed focus on developing new investment, development and operating opportunities is Mr. Fleck's model for continued success. As President & Owner of Builders Studio, LLC, Bill is recognized as one of the industry's leaders today. He is based in mid-town Manhattan and Holmdel, NJ.
Mr. Fleck is the President of Builders Studio, LLC. In this position he is responsible for maintaining client base and running company operations including planning, design, CD's, budgets, schedules and overall coordination of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, post construction and all aspects of property development. Mr.Fleck is intimately and personally involved with all projects as well as manages all staff at various project site locations and home office. Mr. Fleck will consult with the Owner on alternate construction methods and materials that offer the greatest value in terms of cost and construction time (value engineering). His involvement from conception and design development stage through completion includes site acquisitions, city planning and development, site and property programming, design development, CD's, budget development, scheduling, preparation of bid packages, bid analysis, pre-qualification of subcontractors and vendors. He orchestrates all project consultants, municipal officials, AHJ, realtors and financial/lending authorities as required to achieve results. He is involved with the preparation and administration of contracts, subcontract negotiations, and management, logistics and liaison with Political Representatives, Property Owners, Design Consultants, Project Team members, all Vendors and Subcontractors.
Prior to Forming Builders Studio, Mr. Fleck Brings more than 35 years of experience through his employment with Parx Casino (Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc), Macklowe Properties, Bovis Lend Lease Inc., IDI Construction Company, Inc., HRH Construction Company, Inc., Showboat Development Corporation, Herbert Construction Company, Inc., Salomon Brothers, Inc., American Express/Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc., Paul W. Reilly Architects and Mobil Oil Corporation.
Mr. Fleck is a New Jersey State and New York State registered Architect, member of the AIA and a certified Florida State General Contractor. He received a Diploma in Building Construction Management from New York University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the City College of New York where he received a B.S. in Architecture.
