Amrith Uppuluri

Amrith joined Camarco in 2022 and has over 7 years' experience in Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, working with clients across financial services, fintech, government, policy, sustainability, and business; for media markets across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Amrith is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an MSc in Media & Communications and holds a Bachelor's in Journalism from Madras Christian College.

Andrew Turner

Andrew has a decade of experience in communications, public affairs and financial communications, advising clients across the oil and gas, energy transition, infrastructure and renewables sectors. His specialisms include crisis and issues management, political engagement, investor relations and market entry work, Andrew has worked extensively with international CCS and nuclear technologies, oil and gas projects and infrastructure along with supporting the nascent hydrogen economy. Before joining Camarco. he spent a number of years working for Viridor as part of the Pennon Group and worked for Newgate Communications and more recently Madano.

Annabel Reed

Annabel has over three years' experience in communications across the financial services and property sectors. She joined Camarco from Rostrum PR where she worked on the Legal & General Protection account. Current clients include Brewin Dolphin, MJ Hudson, Polar Capital and Mattioli Woods. Annabel provides support to her clients in the financial services sector and ensures proactive media relations.

Anushka Kukreja

Anushka joined Camarco in 2023 having graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences with a Global Master's in Management. Anushka works with a range of financial clients across the private equity, investment fund and investment trust industries. Since Anushka has completed her BA in Business Management from Durham University, she has previously worked at a start-up management consultancy for two years.

Ben Woodford

Ben Woodford has over 30 years' experience in corporate and financial communication. He has worked across a range of communication activity including media relations, issues and crisis management, investor and government relations. As well as many years of working in consultancy with Bell Pottinger, Ben has also run the in-house communications for a leading investment bank (Morgan Grenfell) and a Big Four clearing bank (NatWest Group). He has extensive experience of IPO's, M&A and also specialises in corporate positioning and brand building.

Billy Clegg

Billy has worked in strategic communications for 24 years, having advised a wide range of international companies in the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE all share and on AIM. Billy has particular experience advising companies on financial calendar communications, crisis communications, investor relations, IPOs, complex M&A and on shareholder activism situations. Prior to joining Camarco, Billy spent nine years at FTI Consulting's Strategic Communications division, formerly known as Financial Dynamics prior to which he spent six years at Bell Pottinger Financial. Billy is a Fellow of the Geological Society.

Charles Dingwall

Eddie Livingstone-Learmonth

Eddie has worked in financial communications for 8 years, joining Camarco in January 2018 from Tulchan Communications. He has a wide range of investment trust experience, having worked with a range of FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE all share listed companies and funds. Eddie has significant IPO experience and has advised on multiple M&A situations over his career.

Elfie Kent

Elfie speaks Russian and German and graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in Modern Languages.

Emily Hall

Emily has four years' experience in financial communications working in the energy, resources and sustainability team at Camarco, where she joined having graduated with a BSc in Business Management and Communications, Media and Culture from Oxford Brooks University. Emily is a resources specialist and is focused on the day-to-day account management and support in the sector. Emily has advised on several IPOs and multiple M&A situations, some of which have been hostile. Emily sits on the Communications Committee of the global charity Women in Mining.

Fergus Young

Prior to joining Camarco, Fergus worked for three years at Novella Communications where he was involved in the researching, planning and execution of communications strategies for a variety of listed companies. Fergus has considerable experience advising companies on IPOs and on complex M&A situations. Fergus has a degree in Ancient History from the University of Bristol.

Frank Krikhaar

Frank is an ESG and sustainability leader with more than 10 years' in-house and consultancy experience. He has advised boards, leaders and executive teams of leading global companies on all aspects of ESG and sustainability, focusing specifically on the role that communications play in developing successful strategies, delivering engaging communications and organising for systemic change. Frank was previously Director of Consulting & Communications at Salterbaxter and Brunswick/MerchantCantos. Before that he was the Head of Sustainability at Dentsu Aegis Network. Frank has been recognised with more than 10 awards in ESG and sustainability including the Best Sustainability Disclosure for a FTSE 250 company.

Geoffrey is one of the most experienced consultants in financial PR and investor relations. With over 35 years of experience, he has advised numerous clients on maximising their valuations and corporate reputations across a wide range of areas, including IPOs, M&A and an on-going financial calendar basis. Client experience includes advising Quilter on its £2.8 billion listing, Grainger on its strategic repositioning, CMC Markets on its £0.7 billion IPO, Thomas Cook in its transformation and £1.6 billion capital refinancing, ABN Amro, Zurich Insurance Group, Northern Rock (post government ownership), Aegon, Allied Irish Banks, Friends Provident and Fortis as well as many others. He was previously Global President of FTI Consulting's Strategic Communications division, formerly known as Financial Dynamics, which he joined in 2000. Before that he was Head of Investor Relations at NatWest, where he led the bank's defence against The Royal Bank of Scotland's and the Bank of Scotland's hostile bids, having joined the bank in 1990. Georgia has significant experience advising clients on their digital communications strategy for private and publicly listed companies on AIM, LSE and Aquis. Georgia has advised on digital strategy for multiple successful IPOs and M&A situations. Georgia has a BA Hons in Business & Management from University of Portsmouth.

Georgina Whittle

Georgina has a decade of experience working for investment and financial services firms across pension funds, banking, alternative assets, and law. Amongst her successful M&A transactions, Ginny has led high profile international campaigns, such as Ferrovial's £10.4bn takeover of BAA, ABB's US acquisitions of Thomas & Betts and Baldor Inc, Colfax on its US$1.2bn bid for Charter against Melrose as well as Hyder's two sided bid defence from Arcadis and Nippon Koei and May Gurney plc's defence from Costain and Kier. From 1988 to 2014 Ginny co-founded and was a senior director on the board of Citigate Dewe Rogerson. Ginny has an established track record within the industrials, support services and real estate sectors. Client experience includes Babcock plc, VT Group plc, Shanks, Indra Sistemas, Alere, Grainger plc, Miller Homes, Lakehouse and Nexus Infrastructure. Louise Dolan

Louise started her career at National Mutual, a specialist IFA only pension firm before moving into agency life. She has worked at Polhill, Lansons and prior to Camarco, she was a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Strategic Communications division, formerly known as Financial Dynamics which she joined in 2000. Louise is a media relations and communications specialist and has developed a network of top tier business and financial contacts. In addition to successfully running critically acclaimed campaigns and on-going public relations programmes, Louise is highly experienced in crisis, issues and change management having headed a number of sensitive projects for global organisations.

Marc Cohen

Having cut her teeth as a press officer within local government, Marie has subsequently honed her competencies in both in-house roles and at leading PR and advertising agencies. A media relations specialist, Sean spent six years at NatWest Group prior to joining Camarco. Whilst at NatWest Sean worked across their retail, commercial, and wealth divisions and has extensive experience of developing and delivering media strategies and providing strategic counsel to senior executives across a wide range of complex issues. At Camarco he advises clients on corporate positioning, reputation and crisis management and media relations. Tessa Gough-Allen

Tessa has an MA in Human Rights from UCL and a BA Hons in History of Art from the University of Leeds.

Tilly Butcher

Tilly joined the Industrials and Real Estate team at Camarco in May 2023 and has almost seven years' experience in Corporate Broking and Investor Relations. She has worked at Panmure Gordon and Zeus Capital, advising a range of FTSE100/ 250 companies and AIM listed clients across all sectors. She has worked on a number of IPOs and secondary fundraises including the $1.1bn Conduit Reinsurance IPO which was the largest start-up company to be listed on the Main Market. Other successful fundraises include Urban Logistics REIT, Ebiquity and Marks Electrical.

Tom Huddart
