From the start we were export-oriented, as the extra virgin olive oil of our island is strongly appreciated abroad. Early on we gave priority to conditioning the product in small packages adapted to the needs of the consumer. Continuous investments over the years have assured that modern technology is utilized in the production and commercialization of olive oil. At the same time we have been active in the collective organization of the olive oil sector through the Chamber of Commerce of Lesvos and the Greek Association of Industries and Processors of Olive Oil (SEVITEL)... When the season comes they pick up the olives by hand, mostly with the help of relatives and friends, and bring them to the mill. The centrifugal presses are modern, clean and efficient.
