Almudena Seeder-Alonso is focused on serving Clients in Southern Europe and Latin America. She is a Spanish and Dutch national with a wealth of experience in Executive Search, Talent Advisory and Management Consulting.
During her 30-year career she worked across many countries and was part of some of the worlds most respected companies, including Andersen Consulting, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and Cisco Systems. Roles varied from HR Director for EMEA, to Talent Acquisition Director and HR Country Director, but her focus has always been on delivering Talented senior executives for the Human Capital requirements of businesses. Almudena graduated from Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a Masters in Law, and from University of Amsterdam with a Masters in International relations.
Carlos Antonio Ferreira is based between Sao Paulo and Basel and delivers senior search assignments, with a focus on Brazil, Latin America, Switzerland, and Silicon Valley. With a 22-year enviable track-record in Technology, Carlos leads the Venture Capital practice and serves VC-backed companies across the world. He is also the Head of the Talent Advisory practice, and specialises in Leadership Development and Analytical Psychology.
Before joining DMD Consulting in 2012, Carlos was a Leadership Development consultant and previously he had a very successful international career as a senior Executive in the technology sector. Amongst others Carlos was VP Sales for Oracle Latin America, and held senior roles with T-Systems, EMC, Diebold Procomp and IBM.
Founder and Managing Partner of DMD Consulting, Leonel a has a track record of 21+ years in Executive Search and Talent Advisory. With experience in a wide range of international and cultural environments, Leonel serves Private Equity funds, Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies, Family-owned conglomerates, and multinational corporations.
He has successfully delivered assignments throughout Europe, Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, and the Middle East, attracting senior executives for digital disruptors, consumer goods, financial services, management consulting, telecommunications, advanced technologies, energy, real estate and healthcare companies. Leonel has a MSc. Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, speaks fluent English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch and has good working knowledge of French and German.

Timo Bosma leads the Research and Operations function and is responsible for consistently identifying exceptional candidates for global searches across a variety of industries and functions. With his structured and mathematically oriented mind-set Timo tackles even the most complex and challenging assignments and always delivers.
Before joining DMD Consulting in 2014, Timo was a serial entrepreneur, building businesses ranging from IT to Facility Management and Entertainment. In his early career Timo worked as an option and derivatives trader.
