Ann Shuman is General Counsel of DTCC, responsible for overseeing the company's legal, compliance, regulatory & government relations functions. She is also a member of the DTCC Executive Committee. Ann was appointed General Counsel in February 2017. She has extensive experience with financial services regulation, particularly the regulation of central counterparties.
She joined DTCC in January 2014 as Managing Director & Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining DTCC, she was Managing Director & Deputy General Counsel of CME Group Inc.
Ann received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and began her legal career at Sidley & Austin in Chicago.

Anthony Portannese is Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. He is responsible for leading all global human resources activities including the planning, design and delivery of corporate compensation and benefit programs, executive compensation programs, employee relations, HR governance, talent strategies, organizational change management and diversity. In addition, Anthony is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee and is responsible for the Regional Administrative Managers Group, which oversees key workforce and cultural initiatives, including employee engagement, at DTCC locations globally.

Brian Steele is Managing Director, President, Clearing & Securities Services at DTCC where he is responsible for leading the firm's clearing and securities services businesses, including Equity Clearing and Settlement, Fixed Income Clearing, Wealth Management Services, Asset Services and Institutional Trade Processing (ITP). He is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee, Management Risk Committee and the Investment Management Committee. In addition, he serves as Chair of the ITP Board of Managers.
Brian has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, serving in a wide range of senior-level roles including Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Americas Client Coverage Group and Global Head of Client & Market Solutions. Prior to that, he served as a senior leader in several key global markets and operations-related roles, including Global Head of Market Structure Solutions; Global Head of Equities Execution Services and Settlements; Global Head of Digital Transformation for the Operations Division, and Global Head of Market Solutions for Operations Division.
In addition to his work at DTCC, Brian also served as a board member for Acadia, Traiana, Access Fintech and Droit. Brian holds a bachelor's degree of Science in Marketing and E-commerce from the Ithaca College.

Frank La Salla is President, CEO and Director of DTCC. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC's principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC and is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee.
Frank joined DTCC in June 2022 following a 28-year career at BNY Mellon, where he held several senior-level positions, including most recently as Chief Executive Officer of its Issuer Services business and a member of the BNY Mellon Executive Committee, the senior-most leadership committee at the firm. Prior to that, he previously served as CEO of BNY Mellon's Alternative Investment Services and Structured Products business, and before that he was a member of the Executive Committee of Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company, where he was co-head of Global Client Relationships and head of Trading Services. Earlier in his career, Frank was president and chief operating officer of BNY Clearing Services LLC.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Frank was CEO of BHF Securities Corporation, the U.S. broker-dealer subsidiary of Germany's BHF Bank AG, and COO of Société Generale Securities, responsible for developing the French financial institution's U.S. brokerage business.
Frank was also a member of the Board of Directors of Euroclear SA/NV, the Belgium based Central Securities Depository from October 2012 until June 2022. He served on the Board Risk Committee and prior to that the Nominations, Governance and Compensation Committee.
Frank holds numerous industry registrations and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Board of Arbitrators. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wagner College. He also holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Fordham University.

Lynn Bishop is Managing Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at DTCC. As CIO, she is responsible for the ongoing development and testing of all the technology that supports DTCC's post-trade infrastructure, communications networks, processing and messaging systems, as well as the IT applications underlying DTCC's broad range of products and services. She is also a member of the DTCC Executive Committee.
As a leader in DTCC's technology team for almost two decades, Lynn previously served as DTCC's Chief Development Officer (CDO) and, before that, was Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She started her career at Accenture during which time she gained extensive experience delivering systems integration, architecture, project management, and business and information technology solutions for several large global financial institutions.
A champion for diversity and inclusion, she dedicates her time and shares her experiences to support the advancement of women in STEM careers. She serves as DTCC's senior sponsor of Girls Who Code, a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology, and actively supports DTCC's D&I efforts, including programs and initiatives that are helping to develop emerging talent and women in technology.

Nadine Chakar serves as Managing Director, Global Head of DTCC Digital Assets where she oversees the firm's digital asset technology (formerly Securrency), partnering with clients and key stakeholders to transform and evolve their operating models and create new digital asset services. She is also member of the DTCC Executive Committee.
Prior to DTCC, Nadine was Chief Executive Officer at Securrency, a provider of institutionalgrade digital asset technology that was acquired by DTCC in October 2023. Before that, she was Executive Vice President and Head of State Street Digital, where she oversaw the setup of a new integrated business and operating model to support clients' entire digital investment cycle from pre-trade, trade, and post-trade, as well as initiatives to enhance client experience. Previously, Nadine served as Executive Vice President and Head of State Street Global Markets and also held roles with Manulife and BNY Mellon.
During her career, Nadine has received a number of awards, including in 2023 as one of American Banker's most influential women in Fintech and in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as one of American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Finance. In 2022, she was also recognized as one of Forbes Magazine's 50 over 50.
Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Boston University. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boston Medical Center and is a member of the CFTC's Global Markets Advisory Committee (GMAC) and co-chair of the Digital Asset Subcommittee workstream covering Tokenization Infrastructure.
