Our cottage is netsled amongst the trees in the French River Delta on the South Western shores of Pig Island. It is one of only nine cottages on the island. Surrounded by crown land and protected from future growth, it makes for the perfect home away from home, surrounded by unspoiled nature. It makes for the perfect getaway spot to just relax and enjoy the scenery... The cottage stands 1½ stories tall, and has been fully insulated for optimal temperature control and ease of winterizing. It is approximately 6 years old and sits on a 1¼ acre lot with 153 feet of private shore line to enjoy. The main floor is approximately 1,000sq.ft. and consists of two bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, a new kitchen (with island), and a 2 story living area overlooking the river front.
