Dane Blunt is a multifaceted lawyer with more than a decade of commercial real estate and construction industry experience. Clients benefit from the holistic perspective he has gained by working on real estate projects from the inception of deals through the resolution of disputes. His deep understanding of the issues and complexities surrounding real estate and construction projects enable him, on the front end, to proactively protect client interests while minimizing the costs and risks associated with disputes that may arise. Dane's clients include owners, investors, lenders, developers, general contractors, and commercial landlords and tenants. He also represents institutional lenders, including CMBS lenders, in negotiating, documenting, and closing complex commercial loans of all types. In addition, he routinely represents lenders, servicers, and mortgage investors in foreclosure actions and other loan, guaranty, and security agreement enforcement proceedings. Dane is the co-manager of the Tampa National Trial Practice Group.
Dayna Santana is a Tampa native with over 23 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience and is the owner and broker of Dayna Santana Realty, LLC. and The Mortgage Fix, LLC. offering a one-stop shop to her clients. In previous roles, 2012-2017, Dayna joined Bank of America's team lending her knowledge and expertise in various projects which included serving as an expert witness at foreclosure trials, compliance and risk, quality control and Property Donations. Dayna holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan Thomas Cooley Law School, a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of South Florida, and a Graduate Certificate in Regulations and Policy from the University of Florida. Dr. Alisa M. Žujović (Lisa) has been with Hillsborough Community College (HCC) in Tampa, FL since 2004, and currently serves as Director of Institutional Research and Grants within the Division of Strategic Planning & Analysis. Lisa received both her B.A. and M.S. degrees from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in Psychology, and her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida in the Educational Measurement and Evaluation program (Curriculum and Instruction). She serves as an evaluator on the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools- Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC) registry in the area of Institutional Effectiveness, and as chair of HCC's Institutional Review Board. Additionally, Alisa has worked with members of the Helios Education Foundation, the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, the Florida College Access Network (FCAN), Hillsborough County School District, and the University of South Florida on initiatives aimed at increasing postsecondary attainment. Lisa is married, and the proud mom to five children. She loves traveling internationally, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and speaks conversational Spanish and Serbian.

Jake Emerson is a Project Manager with Beck. He has been with Beck since 2006 and holds a Master of Science / Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science / Business Administration from the University of Florida. An Accredited LEED Professional, he is also a member of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and NEXGEN Leadership Program. Jake's project experience includes The Dali Museum, The James Museum of Western + Wildlife Art, and Tyrone Square Mall Renovations in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jeremy Swinyer is from the Tampa Bay area and is a graduate of Florida State University's College of Business and is in sales with Argos USA. After a brief stint in the hotel business after college he found his first opportunity in the ready mix concrete and block business. His concrete experience has taken him from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and then back home to Tampa over the last 20 years. He has held numerous sales and operational leadership roles during his time in the business. In addition to his duties for Habitat for Humanity, Jeremy has also worked locally with both the Metropolitan Ministries and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. He has been happily married to his wife Jennifer for 18 years and is the father of two beautiful daughters, Laura and Hannah and they reside in Odessa in Northwest Hillsborough county. In addition to pulling for the local sports teams, he enjoys fishing and golf when time permits.

Jessica Todd is the Executive Vice President for GIGA Solutions, specializing in commercial insurance, and oversees U.S. marketing, service, and operations. Prior to joining GIGA, Mrs. Todd served as the Executive Vice President of Trigen Insurance Solutions. Mrs. Todd also served as the President of Six Points Media Group where she handled the public relations, communications, event planning, web development, and media production services for Patriot National Insurance Group, including its subsidiaries, charities and foundations. Mrs. Todd was the Client Services Manager and PEO Senior Account Executive for Patriot National and prior to joining Patriot, served as the Director of Corporate Communications and Business Development Manager for Risk Transfer Holdings. Mrs. Todd attended the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, is a Coast Guard veteran, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She was the former Chairman of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of East & Central Pasco County, and served as Vice Chairman of the Board for Habitat for two years prior to becoming the Board Chair. Mrs. Todd is very active in the community and performs with Artists for Humanity, volunteers for Feeding America Tampa Bay, and is the Producer of Moonlight & Ivory, helping raise money for scholarships for children in the arts. Leroy Moore is a seasoned real estate development professional who has spearheaded some of the more complex and celebrated mixed-income/mixed-use sustainable residential master planned developments across the U.S. He has directly spearheaded the development of over 7,300 units of housing across the U.S. His most recent successes include the redevelopment of severely distressed public housing communities in Tampa, Florida in his role with the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa. Encore Tampa is a nationally recognized best practice in master planned urban redevelopment where he led the transformation of a 28-acre downtown site into a 12-city block 1800+ unit sustainable mixed-income/mixed-use jewel that is touted today as Tampa's coolest, most economically and ethnically diverse neighborhood. West River is a 17-phase master planned community transforming West Tampa into a walkable community of choice for thousands of families and local businesses. Along with his real estate development responsibilities he oversees all aspects of the Authority's long range capital planning, assisted housing programs, asset management, facilities maintenance, contracting, public safety, client programs and services, public relations and communications, as well as strategic business planning and corporate vision management.
Prior to joining the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa in 1998, he operated his own consulting firm providing national training and professional organizational management and analysis to Public and Indian Housing Authorities throughout the United States. He has held Director level positions in a number of housing authorities including Memphis, Peoria, Oakland, and Atlanta; and from 1994-1996 was contracted through the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development to serve the Court-appointed Receiver for the District of Columbia Housing Authority in Washington DC which at the time was the Nation's most troubled housing authority. He is a ULI Daniel Rose Fellow, current Chair of ULI Tampa-Bay and serves on numerous local and National Boards including Florida Housing Coalition, Tampa's Downtown Partnership, Habitat for Humanity Hillsborough, HuddleTouch Ministries, among others. He is recognized as an expert in redevelopment of distressed assets and creating healthy sustainable communities, affordable housing strategies, and is regularly called on to speak at local and national conferences and industry meetings.
Leroy is an avid photographer and gardener. He and his wife, Remi, reside north of Tampa, Florida; are both active in their Church and local ministries, and love to travel, having a special desire to travel more throughout the continent of Africa.
Lisa Steinagel joined the Board of Directors in 2018. She has worked in the Financial Institution industry for over 35 years and is currently the Senior Vice President, Director of Enterprise Risk Management with SouthState Bank. This expertise in risk and compliance assists Habitat Hillsborough to be a safe and sound organization. Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Leo University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She is a Certified Risk Management Assurance Professional, a Certified Internal Bank Auditor and also holds a certification in Loan Review. Mike DeMare is the founder and Managing Partner at affinityCPA, a Tampa-based CPA firm. With the
firm's focus on auditing nonprofit organizations and community associations, Mike is able to use this
knowledge and experience to assist Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough on financial and accounting-related matters. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough in multiple capacities since 2013 and has enjoyed seeing the tremendous growth and community impact over the past decade. Roland Charles hails from Brooklyn, NY by way of Haiti on the Island of Hispaniola in the Caribbean. Roland is the property manager at PMI JCM Realty Group where the motto is to manage properties from an asset management perspective. Roland is a Father of two and loves to travel. Roland is the author of a soon to be released book named REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ZEN MASTER with contributions from The Mayor of Temple Terrace Andy Ross, former Uptown Chamber of Commerce President Miranda Hilton, Developer Bruce Bowen and former Soaring City Director Mark Sharpe. Roland is also a board member for the Carrollwood Area Business Association (CABA) where he was asked to serve as golf director and was later elected to the board for a two year term where he currently serves as the Government & Technology Director. CABA is a business association with almost 400 small business members. Roland is the director of The Temple Terrace Business Alliance where we focus on Business Door 2 Business Door Network with an emphasis on passing referrals. Samantha Leanillo is Information Security Officer of TCM Bank, N.A., providing payment services exclusively for community banks, including consumer and business credit card programs. As Information Security Officer, Samantha brings a background of 10 years within legal, security, and compliance. She provides organizational solid management and control development skills with a high degree of technical knowledge resulting from hands-on information security experience. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Samantha oversees all information security controls at the Bank to ensure effectiveness against emerging threats and compliance with regulatory obligations. She is also responsible for educating staff on security awareness tactics and measures.
Former State Representative Sandra L. Murman completed eight years as a member of the Florida House of Representatives in 2004. Representative Murman was the first Republican Woman to hold the position of Speaker Pro-Tempore in the Florida House of Representatives. She has been elected to the Hillsborough County Commission in 2010. She hit the ground running in Tallahassee and through her hard work and knowledge of the legislative process she personally sponsored and passed 64 bills and brought home over $900 million dollars that benefited the Tampa Bay area and her constituency during her tenure. Sandy represented the citizens of District 56, which covers Harbour Island, Davis Island, Gibsonton, Riverview, Brandon and downtown Tampa. Before deciding to seek election, Representative Murman had a successful career in business as a manager and sales representative for Top 500 Companies.

Shawn Rupp is a commercial real estate agent who specializes in investment sales, specifically apartment communities. He has been selling commercial real estate in the Tampa Bay market since 2002 and has closed over $500 million in real estate transactions in his career. In 2012, he wrote a book for office tenants on how to negotiate the best terms for their leases and has owned, leased, operated, or sold hundreds of properties. In his free time Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, sings in a country band, and is a licensed skydiver and scuba diver.
