Christian has long been known for his strong worth ethic and attention to detail. He joined the Hanley Group as a Carpenter's Helper in 2005, where he learned all of the various trades and caught Paudie's eye with his ambition and hard work. He became a Master Carpenter in a few short years, working side by side with Simon and Paudie, learning to read plans and oversee all aspect of project management. He currently serves as a Foreman.
Born and raised in Ireland, Paudie Hanley emigrated to the US in 1993 and has specialized in building and renovating unparalleled luxury houses for more than twenty years in the Sound Shore area..
A master craftsman, Paudie and his team have a well-earned reputation building and renovating exceptional homes with skillful design and quality and attention to detail.
In addition to be his extensive knowledge in working with town and city agencies, Paudie manages the extensive process of each building setup. His hands-on approach and close partnership with his clients has resulted in premier properties that are perfectly suited for the modern family and entertaining lifestyle.
Sara started her career as an event planner for Marriott International, where she worked for 5 years managing events up to 750 people. As Office/Project Manager for Hanley she tracks project development and timelines as well as costing estimates, generally keeping the office, and all its projects, moving forward smoothly. Sara is also responsible for the development of the Residential Maintenance arm of Hanley Group.
Working closely with many of Hanley Group's clients on a daily basis, it's not surprising that prior to his 15 years in home construction, Simon Edwards spent 8 in the client services industry in the UK. Whether it's a simple bathroom redo or a whole house renovation, Simon brings his enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to solve problems, to every job - every day. In addition to overseeing all aspects of a home project, Simon works closely with Paudie and has great working relationships with architects and engineers. Simon also designs and installs the latest AV solutions for clients and is a certified Lutron RadioRa2 lighting professional.
When he's not working, Simon employs his people skills at home where he is outnumbered thanks to his wife and three beautiful daughters.
Project Manager Tim O'Donnell has more than 25 years of experience in construction, including 13 years on management roles. A decision maker and trouble shooter, his experience includes ground up new construction, corporate office build-outs, among a wide variety of residential and commercial projects.
