As the ninth employee of the company, Brad joined Ing & McKee Insurance in July of 1981 and became a shareholder and partner in 1988. After Tom Skinner's retirement in 2007, Brad took on the role of president and managing partner. In 2021, he chose to step back from the role of president and managing partner to spend more time with family.
Brad is dedicated to our community and continually shares his insight and knowledge of insurance with students in the Career and Life Management classes at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School.

Brent began his insurance career working at Carson Insurance in Prince George, B.C, immediately after obtaining an Economics Degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY. His firm was a heavy industrial focused firm, with a very strong emphasis on the forestry industry. In 2011, Brent moved to Calgary and started Wilson Beck Insurance Services (Alberta) Inc., along with David Beck and Steven Pavelich. In 2016, they acquired Bell Davidson Insurance, and in 2023, he sold his shares and joined Ing & McKee, along with his team.
Brent is dedicated to his family, friends, clients, teammates, and is very committed to demonstrating honesty and integrity throughout his professional and personal life.

Clayton began his insurance career as a Commercial Underwriter with RSA Insurance in 1992 while completing Mount Royal's General Insurance and Business Administration program. Clayton's strong belief in professional education continued with his completion of the Associate and Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of Canada majoring in Risk Management.
Clayton provides 20+ years of insurance and risk management experience as a trusted advisor to construction, manufacturing, energy, and transportation companies locally, nationally, and worldwide.

Jeanette began her insurance career with Ing & McKee in the early 80's, completing her formal education at Red Deer College during that time. She later completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 1994, becoming a partner in 2021.

Jonathan began his insurance career working as an underwriter with The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company while attending school in Calgary. In 1999, Jonathan graduated from the General Insurance and Business Administration program at Mount Royal College, earning his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation at the same time. After completing his education in Calgary, Jonathan joined Ing & McKee Insurance in 1999 and, in 2021, Jonathan took on the role of president and managing partner.

Kevin started his journey in June 2009 when he was hired by Ing and McKee while "taking a year off" from his Bachelor of Commerce Studies at Red Deer College. Kevin obtained his Associates Degree in Commerce and a Business Administration at Red Deer College (Red Deer Polytechnic) in 2008. In May 2013, he moved back to his hometown of Grande Prairie with the ambition to build a new location with the firm.
In November 2018, Kevin became a partner after five successful years with the new location.

Scott began his insurance career with Ing & McKee in 2002, and like many of his colleagues pursued formal education at the Mount Royal Insurance Program in Calgary. He graduated in 2007 and later completed his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2011. Always active in the industry, Scott served several terms as a Director for the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta and continues to contribute on a number of advisory committees. Scott took the next step in his insurance career by becoming a partner in 2019.
